濟(jì)南西客站直飲水工程預(yù)處理工藝優(yōu)化及工程設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:水是人生存的基礎(chǔ),是生活所必須的資源,在追求環(huán)保與健康的社會(huì)大背景下,飲用水安全更是成為了人們關(guān)心的重中之重。就目前而言,水污染正在逐漸惡化,污染水體的污染物的種類與數(shù)量急速增加,水處理難度也在同步提高,F(xiàn)行的傳統(tǒng)凈水工藝并不能徹底去除水中部分污染物質(zhì),而且其消毒過程中產(chǎn)生的消毒副產(chǎn)物對(duì)于人體的危害也比較嚴(yán)重。加之自來水在供水的過程中容易產(chǎn)生二次污染,所以人們對(duì)于高品質(zhì)純凈水的追求與期盼日漸增高。近年來逐步發(fā)展的管道直飲水是在自來水或優(yōu)質(zhì)水源水的基礎(chǔ)上通過納濾等深度處理優(yōu)質(zhì)水,具有水質(zhì)純凈、無消毒副產(chǎn)物、不易發(fā)生二次污染、成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),逐漸為市民喜愛與追求。管道直飲水工程是分質(zhì)供水的一種,可以作為供水系統(tǒng)的補(bǔ)充形式為供水水質(zhì)不達(dá)標(biāo)的地區(qū)供水。本文通過對(duì)管道直飲水預(yù)處理工藝研究指出了單一活性炭對(duì)于極性和親水性有機(jī)物吸附過濾效果低下的缺陷,建議與新型極性吸附劑鈦巖組合使用。并通過鈦巖/活性炭、單一活性炭對(duì)于自來水中渾濁度、菌落總數(shù)、COD_(Mn)的去除率及膜通量變化的對(duì)比證明了鈦巖/活性炭的吸附過濾效果優(yōu)于單一活性炭。對(duì)鈦巖/活性炭進(jìn)行了靜態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)和動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究:靜態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明在活性炭、鈦巖2:3配比,反應(yīng)溫度35℃,p H在7.7~7.83范圍內(nèi),反應(yīng)4h的條件下COD_(Mn)、氨氮的去除效果較好;動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明當(dāng)濾速控制在3m/h~7m/h,填料高度控制在100cm~150cm,COD_(Mn)、氨氮、UV254、NO2-N的去除效果較好。以濟(jì)南西區(qū)CBD直飲水項(xiàng)目為例介紹了管道直飲水工程設(shè)計(jì)的步驟,總結(jié)了在設(shè)計(jì)過程中選擇水源、選擇制水工藝、選擇供水管道、布置配水管網(wǎng)及廠站建設(shè)時(shí)需要注意的事項(xiàng)及選擇、布置方法、原則。最后,在管道直飲水工程維護(hù)與管理中建議從記錄設(shè)備運(yùn)行日志、制水設(shè)備清洗、水質(zhì)檢測(cè)和完善管理制度及維護(hù)供水管網(wǎng)四個(gè)方面入手,同時(shí)管理單位與市民都要盡到自身的義務(wù)與責(zé)任,才能更好的維護(hù)直飲水系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Water is the foundation of human existence and the necessary resource of life. Under the background of pursuing environmental protection and health, drinking water safety has become the most important concern of people. At present, water pollution is getting worse, the kinds and quantity of pollutants in polluted water are increasing rapidly, and the difficulty of water treatment is also increasing simultaneously. The current traditional water purification process can not completely remove some of the pollutants in the water, and the disinfection by-products produced in the process of disinfection are more serious to the human body. In addition, tap water is easy to produce secondary pollution in the process of water supply, so the pursuit and expectation of high quality pure water is increasing day by day. In recent years, pipeline direct drinking water is treated with advanced treatment on the basis of tap water or high quality source water. It has the advantages of pure water quality, no disinfection by-products, no secondary pollution and low cost. Gradually for the public love and pursuit. Pipeline direct drinking water project is a kind of water supply with different quality, which can be used as a supplementary form of water supply system to supply water in areas where the water quality is not up to standard. In this paper, through the study of the pretreatment process of direct drinking water in pipeline, the defects of single activated carbon for adsorption and filtration of polar and hydrophilic organic matter were pointed out, and it was suggested that the single activated carbon should be combined with a new polar adsorbent, titanium rock. The comparison of turbidity, total number of bacteria, removal rate of COD_ (Mn) and membrane flux between titanitic rock / activated carbon and single activated carbon showed that the adsorption and filtration effect of titanium rock / activated carbon was better than that of single activated carbon. The static and dynamic experimental studies on titanium rock / activated carbon were carried out: the static experiment proved that under the condition of activated carbon, titanitic rock 2:3 ratio, reaction temperature 35 鈩,
