摘要:

鋼筋混凝土地下圓形糧食筒倉(cāng)在施工過(guò)程中會(huì)出現(xiàn)只有倉(cāng)底板和倉(cāng)壁,而沒(méi)有倉(cāng)頂板的情況。利用有限單元法,,分析了此種情況倉(cāng)壁環(huán)向力、徑向位移和豎向彎矩的大小以及分布情況。根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果與使用階段情況的對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)這種工況下倉(cāng)壁拉應(yīng)力峰值會(huì)增大,且最大壓應(yīng)力出現(xiàn)位置會(huì)向倉(cāng)底移動(dòng),影響結(jié)構(gòu)安全。實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)需要對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)認(rèn)真復(fù)核。

Abstract:

Reinforced concrete circular underground grain silo maybe only have the floor and wall,without roof in the process of construction. Finite element method was used to analyze silo wall ring force,radial displacement and the size and distribution of vertical bending moment. According to the contrast between calculated results and the condition of using phase,it was found that the maximum tensile stress of silo wall under this condition will increases,and maximum compressive stress location will move to the silo bottom,effecting the safety of the structure. It was suggested to review structure carefully in actual engineering design.
