機(jī)場(chǎng)附近既有住宅室內(nèi)噪聲控制技術(shù)及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:采用專業(yè)噪聲監(jiān)測(cè)及頻譜分析設(shè)備對(duì)上海虹橋機(jī)場(chǎng)附近華美地區(qū)既有住宅的室內(nèi)外聲環(huán)境進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),結(jié)果表明,室外噪聲主要集中在2×103Hz范圍的中低頻段,現(xiàn)有門(mén)窗、墻體及室內(nèi)布置條件下房間具有一定降噪效果,但室內(nèi)噪聲仍不滿足規(guī)范規(guī)定的限值要求;提出適用于機(jī)場(chǎng)附近既有住宅的室內(nèi)噪聲控制技術(shù)建議,包括更換隔聲門(mén)窗、墻體改造等;根據(jù)實(shí)際條件對(duì)華美地區(qū)既有住宅進(jìn)行隔聲降噪改造技術(shù)應(yīng)用。實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果表明,改造前后住宅室外聲環(huán)境噪聲差別不大,室內(nèi)噪聲滿足規(guī)范限值的要求,室內(nèi)外聲級(jí)差比改造前提高2.2~8.6d B,改造對(duì)125~500Hz噪聲具有明顯改善效果;隔聲改造后評(píng)估結(jié)果表明,飛機(jī)起飛或下降時(shí),關(guān)窗后室內(nèi)噪聲明顯改善,改造后居民樓立面整齊美觀,保溫效果增強(qiáng),但通風(fēng)效果略有下降,總體反應(yīng)比較良好。所提出的室內(nèi)噪聲控制技術(shù)具有較好的適用性和有效性,可為我國(guó)機(jī)場(chǎng)附近既有住宅隔聲降噪改造提供技術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:The indoor and outdoor acoustic environment of the existing residential buildings near Shanghai Hongqiao Airport is monitored by professional noise monitoring and spectrum analysis equipment. The results show that the outdoor noise is mainly concentrated in the low and medium frequency range of 2 脳 103Hz, and the existing doors and windows are used. Under the condition of wall and indoor layout, the room has a certain effect of noise reduction, but the indoor noise still does not meet the requirements of the limit stipulated in the code. The paper puts forward some technical suggestions for indoor noise control which are suitable for the existing residential buildings near the airport, including the replacement of sound insulation doors and windows, the reconstruction of walls, etc. According to the actual conditions, the technology of sound insulation and noise reduction is applied to the existing residential buildings in Huamei area. The measured results show that there is little difference in the noise of outdoor sound environment before and after the renovation, and the indoor noise meets the requirements of the code limit, and the difference of the indoor and outdoor sound levels is increased by 2.2 ~ 8.6dB compared with that before the renovation, and the modification has obvious improvement effect on the 125~500Hz noise. The evaluation results after sound insulation modification show that the indoor noise is improved obviously after the take-off or fall of the aircraft, the elevation of residential buildings is neat and beautiful after the transformation, the insulation effect is enhanced, but the ventilation effect is slightly decreased, and the overall response is relatively good. The proposed indoor noise control technology has good applicability and effectiveness, and can provide a technical reference for the reconstruction of sound insulation and noise reduction of existing residential buildings near the airport in China.
