耐火鋼-混凝土組合梁耐火極限和承載力

【摘要】:為了得到標準升溫下耐火鋼-混凝土組合梁截面抗彎極限承載力-時間曲線和一定荷載比下組合梁的耐火極限,基于舞鋼耐火鋼Q345-FR鋼板高溫力學性能試驗結(jié)果,采用有限元方法對耐火鋼-混凝土組合梁的抗火性能進行高溫穩(wěn)態(tài)分析和瞬態(tài)分析.考察混凝土板尺寸、鋼梁截面尺寸、涂料厚度、荷載比等參數(shù)對高溫下組合梁承載力和耐火極限的影響.提出耐火鋼組合梁高溫下承載力和耐火極限計算公式,公式計算結(jié)果與有限元結(jié)果非常吻合.將有限元計算結(jié)果與規(guī)程CECS200:2006方法的計算結(jié)果進行對比分析,結(jié)果表明規(guī)程方法偏于保守,受火時間越長,保守程度越大;建議將腹板和下翼緣的溫度分開計算,修正后的規(guī)范方法計算耐火鋼-混凝土組合梁的抗火性能更為合理.
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the flexural ultimate load-time curve of the section of fireproof steel-concrete composite beam under standard temperature rise and the fire resistance limit of composite beam under certain load ratio, based on the test results of high-temperature mechanical properties of Q345-FR steel sheet of Wuyang Iron and Steel Co. The high temperature steady-state analysis and transient analysis of fire resistance of refractory steel-concrete composite beams were carried out by finite element method. The effects of concrete slab size, steel beam section size, coating thickness and load ratio on the bearing capacity and fire resistance of composite beams at high temperature were investigated. A formula for calculating the bearing capacity and fire resistance limit of refractory steel composite beams at high temperature is presented. The calculated results are in good agreement with the finite element results. The results of finite element method and CECS200:2006 method are compared. The results show that the procedure method is conservative, the longer the fire is, the greater the conservative degree is. It is suggested that it is more reasonable to calculate the temperature of web plate and lower flange separately and to calculate the fire resistance of refractory steel-concrete composite beam by the modified code method.
