【摘要】：世界進(jìn)入濱海城市時(shí)代,海濱開(kāi)發(fā)成為各國(guó)重點(diǎn),灣區(qū)成為潮流。我國(guó)濱海成為城市發(fā)展重點(diǎn),粵港澳灣區(qū)成為熱點(diǎn),寶安中心區(qū)成為深圳展示濱海城市特色的最佳窗口。本文基于王建國(guó)教授《城市設(shè)計(jì)》觀點(diǎn),借鑒福田中心區(qū)、香港中心區(qū)實(shí)際案例,研究寶安中心區(qū)濱海公共空間的設(shè)計(jì)要素。全文分為六部分:首先說(shuō)明課題的研究背景、對(duì)象、目的、內(nèi)容、意義、方向和方法。其次介紹寶安中心區(qū)、福田中心區(qū)和香港中心區(qū)三地的規(guī)劃建設(shè)概況。再次研究了寶安中心區(qū)濱海公共空間的土地使用種類的多樣性、空間安排的緊密性、土地開(kāi)發(fā)的高強(qiáng)度、土地使用方式的均衡性、對(duì)外出入交通的便利性、內(nèi)部聯(lián)系的方便有效性、意象的正面性共七個(gè)中心區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)原則。然后研究了寶安中心區(qū)濱海公共空間的海與城市腹地連接、海景視線走廊和濱海天際線共三個(gè)濱海要素。其后總結(jié)了城市中心區(qū)濱海公共空間的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)并對(duì)寶安中心區(qū)濱海公共空間設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了一些思考。最后在結(jié)語(yǔ)說(shuō)出了一些自己的感想。
[Abstract]:The world enters the coastal city age, the seaside development becomes the national focal point, the bay area becomes the tide. China's coastal area has become the focus of urban development, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area has become a hot spot, and Baoan Central District has become the best window for Shenzhen to display the characteristics of coastal cities. Based on the viewpoint of Professor Wang Jianguo "Urban Design", this paper studies the design elements of coastal public space in Bao'an Central District by referring to the actual cases of Futian Central District and Hong Kong Central District. The thesis is divided into six parts: firstly, the research background, object, purpose, content, significance, direction and method of the research are explained. Secondly, the planning and construction of Baoan Central District, Futian Central District and Hong Kong Central District are introduced. Thirdly, the paper studies the diversity of land use types, the compactness of spatial arrangement, the high intensity of land development, the balance of land use mode and the convenience of external transportation in the coastal public space of Baoan Central District. The convenience and effectiveness of internal connection and the positive aspect of image altogether have seven central district development principles. Then, the paper studies the connection between the sea and the urban hinterland, the sea view corridor and the coastal skyline in the central area of Baoan. Then it summarizes the design experience of the coastal public space in the central area of the city and gives some thoughts on the design of the public space of the coastal area in the central area of Baoan. Finally, in the conclusion, I said some of my feelings.
