【摘要】：以廈門(mén)為例,闡述巷弄系統(tǒng)振興對(duì)于老城空間平衡發(fā)展的意義,從宏觀戰(zhàn)略角度探討其與老城交通、產(chǎn)業(yè)、社會(huì)、遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)、綠化、旅游、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等方面建設(shè)的民生轉(zhuǎn)向的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)聯(lián)議題;由此對(duì)既往老城巷弄發(fā)展中存在的冷落化、過(guò)度商業(yè)化、簡(jiǎn)單形象化、自身孤立化等偏頗提出反思,建議通過(guò)相關(guān)法規(guī)條例、規(guī)范文件適時(shí)加強(qiáng)這方面的規(guī)劃指引。
[Abstract]:Taking Xiamen as an example, this paper expounds the significance of the revitalization of lane making system to the balanced development of the old city's space, and discusses its relationship with the old city's transportation, industry, society, heritage protection, greening and tourism from the macro strategic point of view. The related issues of the people's livelihood turning to the construction of infrastructure and so on; Therefore, this paper gives some reflections on the bias existing in the past, such as coldness, over-commercialization, simplicity and isolation, and suggests that the planning guidelines in this respect should be strengthened through relevant laws and regulations, and standard documents should be strengthened at the right time.
