【摘要】：研究了水灰比、氯鹽濃度對(duì)砂漿中水和氯離子侵入規(guī)律的影響和砂漿的微觀形貌,通過(guò)磨粉滴定的方法測(cè)定了氯離子含量,分析了毛細(xì)吸鹽條件下水和氯離子傳輸之間的相關(guān)性規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:氯離子的傳輸以水為載體,但明顯滯后于水的傳輸,兩者非同步;水灰比為0.6砂漿試件中的水侵入深度大約為氯離子侵入深度的2倍,水灰比為0.4試件的水侵入深度是氯離子的1.5倍左右;毛細(xì)吸鹽7 d后,水灰比為0.6砂漿內(nèi)部容易形成氯化鈉結(jié)晶,延緩水遷移;在毛細(xì)吸附初始階段,水滲透深度與氯離子滲透深度之間近似呈現(xiàn)線性相關(guān),隨著時(shí)間的增長(zhǎng),水分遷移變緩,氯離子在濃度梯度作用下繼續(xù)向深處擴(kuò)散;氯鹽濃度超過(guò)6%后,氯離子侵入量不再隨鹽濃度的增大而增大。
[Abstract]:The influence of water-cement ratio and chloride concentration on the invasion law of water and chloride ions in mortar and the microstructure of mortar were studied. The content of chloride ion was determined by grinding titration. The correlation between water and chloride ion transport under the condition of capillary salt absorption was analyzed. The results show that water is the carrier of chloride ion transport, but it lags behind the water transport obviously. The water-cement ratio of 0.6 mortar specimen is about 2 times of the depth of chloride ion invasion, and the water depth of 0.4 sample is about 1.5 times of that of chlorine ion. When the capillary absorbs salt for 7 days, sodium chloride crystals are easily formed in the mortar with a water-cement ratio of 0.6, and the migration of water is delayed. At the initial stage of capillary adsorption, there was an approximate linear correlation between the depth of water permeation and the depth of chloride ion permeation. With the increase of time, the water migration slowed down, and chloride ions continued to diffuse deep under the action of concentration gradient. When chloride concentration is more than 6%, the amount of chloride ion invasion does not increase with the increase of salt concentration.
