烏拉街鎮(zhèn)中心鎮(zhèn)區(qū)建筑保護(hù)與更新研究

【摘要】：在遼闊的黑土地上,松花江自長白山天池發(fā)源流向肥沃的東北平原形成了獨有的“松花江文化”。民間素有“先有烏拉,后有吉林”的說法。烏拉街鎮(zhèn)作為東北地區(qū)典型的歷史城鎮(zhèn)代表,具有特殊歷史文化價值。但隨著不斷發(fā)展的城市化熱潮,在歷史城鎮(zhèn)無法滿足日益增長的村民需求的情況下,大規(guī)模自組織行為下的城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展更新建設(shè)活動嚴(yán)重的破壞了原有的結(jié)構(gòu)肌理,新老建筑的不和諧共存甚至抹殺了傳統(tǒng)建筑的地位。社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)亦是一種對烏拉街鎮(zhèn)的文脈價值的破壞。即使經(jīng)歷劫難而幸存下來的傳統(tǒng)建筑仍難逃被荒廢或二次毀壞的命運。本文主要基于吉林市烏拉街滿族鎮(zhèn)的歷史脈絡(luò),在既有的資料上分析研究。闡明了課題的來源、研究的目的、意義以及研究框架和方法。通過查閱歷史圖片和相關(guān)的歷史文獻(xiàn)資料,實地探訪,勘查測量,比較分析等方法,論述了烏拉街鎮(zhèn)中心鎮(zhèn)區(qū)的形成、發(fā)展、衰落的百年變遷,分析了烏拉街滿族鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)建筑的現(xiàn)狀、功能以及再利用價值等,進(jìn)而提出建筑保護(hù)與更新策略。從實際的現(xiàn)場調(diào)研情況來看,雖然相關(guān)文件和規(guī)劃文本已經(jīng)提出較長時間,但在建筑保護(hù)與更新層面上仍然缺乏相關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)。區(qū)域規(guī)劃和建筑分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)粗糙,更新發(fā)展的模式存在較大問題。烏拉街鎮(zhèn)中心鎮(zhèn)區(qū)的建筑保護(hù)與更新工作任重道遠(yuǎn)。本文希望通過對烏拉街鎮(zhèn)建筑的保護(hù)與更新策略研究,對烏拉街鎮(zhèn)中心鎮(zhèn)區(qū)未來的實際建筑保護(hù)、建筑設(shè)計與城市設(shè)計等工作提供一定的理論參考。論文共分為四部分,主要內(nèi)容如下:第一部分論述了課題的研究背景和研究意義、相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀及對課題范圍的限定,以及主要內(nèi)容的概述,并梳理出論文的框架圖。第二部分對烏拉街鎮(zhèn)中心鎮(zhèn)區(qū)的歷史演變進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,闡述各個時期烏拉街鎮(zhèn)的建設(shè)情況。第三部分針對第二部分所收集的歷史資料和掌握的規(guī)劃文本資料對烏拉街鎮(zhèn)中心鎮(zhèn)區(qū)進(jìn)行了全面的走訪調(diào)研,并對傳統(tǒng)建筑逐一進(jìn)行了記錄,總結(jié)其類型、分布情況、空間布局以及建筑材料和裝飾等特征,并且分析了傳統(tǒng)建筑在保護(hù)中存在的問題和傳統(tǒng)建筑的價值。第四部分在現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研和分析存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,對烏拉街鎮(zhèn)中心鎮(zhèn)區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)建筑保護(hù)與更新提出了原則性的意見。
[Abstract]:On the vast black land, the Songhua River flows from the Tianchi of Changbai Mountain to the fertile Northeast Plain to form a unique "Songhua River Culture". There is a folk saying that "first there is Ula, then there is Jilin." As a typical historical town in Northeast China, Wula Street Town has special historical and cultural value. But with the continuous development of urbanization upsurge, in the historical towns can not meet the increasing needs of villagers, large-scale self-organized behavior of urban development and renovation activities seriously damaged the original texture of the structure. The disharmonious coexistence of new and old buildings even obliterates the status of traditional buildings. The construction of the new socialist countryside is also a kind of destruction of the cultural value of the town of Wula Street. Even the traditional buildings that survived the disaster could not escape the fate of wasteland or secondary destruction. Based on the historical context of Manchu Town in Wula Street, Jilin City, this paper analyzes and studies the existing data. The source, purpose, significance, framework and method of the research are expounded. By referring to historical pictures and related historical documents, field visits, survey and survey, comparative analysis and other methods, this paper discusses the century-old vicissitudes of the formation, development and decline of the central town of Wula Street. This paper analyzes the present situation, function and reuse value of traditional buildings in Manchu Town of Wula Street, and puts forward the strategies of building protection and renewal. From the actual field investigation, although the relevant documents and planning texts have been put forward for a long time, there is still a lack of relevant academic guidance on the level of building protection and renewal. The standard of regional planning and building classification is rough, and the model of renewal and development has great problems. The building protection and renewal work of the central town of Wula Street has a long way to go. This paper hopes to provide a certain theoretical reference for the future practical building protection, architectural design and urban design of the central town of Wula Street through the research on the protection and renewal strategy of the building in the town of Wula Street. The thesis is divided into four parts. The main contents are as follows: the first part discusses the research background and significance of the subject, the current situation of relevant research and the limitation of the scope of the subject, as well as the outline of the main content, and sort out the frame diagram of the thesis. In the second part, the historical evolution of the central town of Wula Street Town is introduced in detail, and the construction of the town in each period is expounded. The third part of the second part of the collection of historical data and master of the planning text of the town of Wula Street town of a comprehensive visit to the investigation, and the traditional buildings one by one to record, summarized its types, distribution, The space layout, building materials and decoration characteristics are also analyzed, and the problems existing in the protection of traditional buildings and the value of traditional buildings are analyzed. In the fourth part, on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the existing problems, the author puts forward some principled opinions on the protection and renewal of the traditional buildings in the central town of Wula Street.
