二次熱回收熱管式空調(diào)系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:提出一種二次熱回收熱管式空調(diào)系統(tǒng),其利用熱管換熱器做到二次熱回收,設(shè)計該系統(tǒng)并搭建實驗臺,通過理論計算和實驗比較該系統(tǒng)與其他系統(tǒng)之間的差異。以合肥為例,從理論上分析了二次熱回收熱管式空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的冬、夏季能耗,通過對實驗數(shù)據(jù)的分析得出本系統(tǒng)冬季新風(fēng)風(fēng)速在1.20~1.85 m·s~(-1)之間熱回收率能達(dá)到10%~23.2%;夏季新風(fēng)風(fēng)速在1.20~2.0 m·s~(-1),室內(nèi)外溫差在4.2~8.0℃時熱回收率能達(dá)到35%~55%,并提供了0~7.4℃的再熱溫差,表明了這種新的中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)具有獨特節(jié)能優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a secondary heat recovery heat pipe air conditioning system. The heat pipe heat exchanger is used to achieve secondary heat recovery. The system is designed and the experimental platform is built. The differences between the system and other systems are compared by theoretical calculation and experiment. Taking Hefei as an example, the energy consumption in winter and summer of secondary heat recovery heat pipe air conditioning system is analyzed theoretically. Through the analysis of the experimental data, it is concluded that the thermal recovery rate of the winter fresh wind velocity of this system can reach 10 ~ 23.2 in the range of 1.20 ~ (1.85) m s ~ (-1). When the wind speed of the summer fresh wind is 1.20 ~ (-2) m s ~ (-1) and the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is 4.2 鈩,
