S30408奧氏體不銹鋼高溫力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:不銹鋼材料高溫力學(xué)性能是不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)抗火設(shè)計(jì)與數(shù)值模擬分析的重要參數(shù)。相對(duì)于碳素鋼,不銹鋼材料具有強(qiáng)非線性、比例極限低、無明顯屈服平臺(tái)、各向異性、應(yīng)變硬化顯著等特點(diǎn),高溫下兩種材料的力學(xué)性能存在著較大的差異。該文利用MTS810試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)S30408奧氏體不銹鋼進(jìn)行了常溫、高溫穩(wěn)態(tài)和高溫瞬態(tài)試驗(yàn)研究,并將試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與《歐洲規(guī)范》以及已有的研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。利用穩(wěn)態(tài)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,對(duì)影響高溫下不銹鋼材料力學(xué)性能的硬化指數(shù)n_θ和m_θ進(jìn)行了修正,提出高溫下不銹鋼材料本構(gòu)關(guān)系表達(dá)式,并給出了高溫下不銹鋼材料的初始彈性模量、屈服強(qiáng)度和極限強(qiáng)度的折減系數(shù)。對(duì)比分析了穩(wěn)態(tài)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與瞬態(tài)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,結(jié)果表明:通過兩種試驗(yàn)方法獲得的高溫下不銹鋼材料應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線存在一定的差異;在溫度600℃范圍內(nèi),差異不明顯,當(dāng)溫度超過600℃時(shí),兩者差異隨溫度升高而逐漸增大。
[Abstract]:High temperature mechanical properties of stainless steel are important parameters for fire resistance design and numerical simulation of stainless steel structures. Compared with carbon steel, stainless steel has the characteristics of strong nonlinearity, low proportional limit, no obvious yield platform, anisotropy, and remarkable strain hardening. The mechanical properties of the two materials are different at high temperature. In this paper, S30408 austenitic stainless steel was tested at room temperature, high temperature steady state and high temperature transient state with MTS810 test system. The experimental results were compared with those of European Standard and existing research results. Based on the steady-state test results, the hardening indices n _ 胃 and m _ 胃, which affect the mechanical properties of stainless steel materials at high temperature, are modified, and the constitutive relation expressions of stainless steel materials at high temperature are proposed. The initial elastic modulus, yield strength and ultimate strength of stainless steel at high temperature are given. The results of steady state test and transient test are compared and analyzed. The results show that the stress-strain curves of stainless steel under high temperature obtained by two test methods are different to some extent.
