燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)三維信息化體系構(gòu)建及其安全性的研究

【摘要】:燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)作為城市生命工程中最重要組成部分,其運行狀態(tài)安全與否直接涉及城市的正常運轉(zhuǎn)與市民的正常生活;因此燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)安全運營具有重要經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會意義。本論文基于燃?xì)夤艿拦こ痰幕A(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行了如下內(nèi)容研究:1、基于管網(wǎng)三維空間數(shù)據(jù)中的管道位置、形狀、體積以及屬性數(shù)據(jù)中的紋理、材質(zhì)等信息,再依據(jù)管網(wǎng)所處地理位置與管段、管點、附屬設(shè)施點的三維空間坐標(biāo)和其空間拓?fù)潢P(guān)系及管網(wǎng)屬性數(shù)據(jù)等,構(gòu)建了管網(wǎng)三維數(shù)據(jù)信息顯示系統(tǒng)。2、從工程建設(shè)的開挖擾動、路面附加荷載作用、管網(wǎng)所受腐蝕影響等因素進(jìn)行管網(wǎng)安全性評價,根據(jù)實驗數(shù)據(jù)對存在一定缺陷的燃?xì)夤艿肋M(jìn)行剩余強(qiáng)度評價,再結(jié)合強(qiáng)度準(zhǔn)則,建立了燃?xì)夤艿涝谝欢ǔ叽缛毕萸闆r下管道腐蝕剩余強(qiáng)度評價的理論方法,從而為燃?xì)夤艿拦こ痰陌踩栽u價提供了理論性支撐。3、基于燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)事故的歷史數(shù)據(jù)信息,以土壤腐蝕、建筑物沉降、第三方破壞、誤操作、設(shè)計因素、事故后果的影響六個因素為基礎(chǔ),建立了風(fēng)險影響因素集,然后根據(jù)影響因素之間的相互作用關(guān)系求出影響因素等級權(quán)重集;再根據(jù)隸屬度函數(shù)曲線規(guī)律構(gòu)建整體等級評價矩陣和整體風(fēng)險影響因素權(quán)重集,最后應(yīng)用模糊綜合評價求出風(fēng)險評價指標(biāo),并對管網(wǎng)進(jìn)行安全性模糊數(shù)學(xué)綜合評價,確定管網(wǎng)風(fēng)險等級,為燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)安全性提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As the most important part of urban life engineering, the safe operation of gas pipeline network is directly related to the normal operation of the city and the normal life of the citizens; therefore, the safe operation of the gas pipeline network has important economic and social significance. Based on the basic data of gas pipeline engineering, this paper has carried out the following research: 1. Based on the pipeline location, shape, volume, texture and material information in the three-dimensional data of pipeline network, Then according to the geographical position of the pipe network and the three dimensional space coordinates of the pipe section, pipe point, auxiliary facility point and its spatial topological relation, and the data of the pipe network attribute, the display system of the pipe network 3D data information is constructed. 2, from the excavation disturbance of the engineering construction, the paper constructs the 3D data display system of the pipe network. According to the experimental data, the residual strength of the gas pipeline with certain defects is evaluated, and then the strength criterion is combined with the evaluation of the residual strength of the gas pipeline. A theoretical method for evaluating the residual corrosion strength of gas pipeline under certain size defects is established, which provides theoretical support for the safety evaluation of gas pipeline engineering. 3. Based on the historical data information of gas pipe network accident, On the basis of soil corrosion, building settlement, third party damage, misoperation, design factor and accident consequence, the risk influencing factor set is established. Then, according to the interaction relationship between the factors, the weight set of the influencing factors is obtained. Then, according to the law of membership function curve, the integral grade evaluation matrix and the weight set of overall risk influencing factors are constructed. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to calculate the risk evaluation index, and the comprehensive evaluation of the safety of the pipe network by fuzzy mathematics is carried out. To determine the risk level of the pipeline network and provide scientific basis for the safety of the gas pipe network.
