低溫固化環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂灌漿材料的性能研究

【摘要】:采用硫脲與二乙烯三胺為原料合成硫脲改性胺,然后與多聚甲醛、苯酚進(jìn)行曼尼斯反應(yīng),制得含有硫脲基團(tuán)的曼尼斯堿作為環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂固化劑,再配以環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂及活性稀釋劑制得低溫固化環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂灌漿材料。研究了活性稀釋劑和固化劑用量對(duì)環(huán)氧灌漿材料性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,漿液的黏度可在500~1000 m Pa·s調(diào)節(jié),固結(jié)體抗壓強(qiáng)度≥60 MPa,室溫(25℃)初凝時(shí)間5~10 min可調(diào),低溫(5℃)初凝時(shí)間30~90 min可調(diào),可用于低溫環(huán)境下的補(bǔ)強(qiáng)加固及堵漏灌漿材料。
[Abstract]:Thiourea modified amine was synthesized from thiourea and diethylenetriamine, and then reacted with polyformaldehyde and phenol to prepare mannis base containing thiourea group as curing agent of epoxy resin. The low-temperature curing epoxy resin grouting material was prepared with epoxy resin and active diluent. The effects of the amount of active diluent and curing agent on the properties of epoxy grouting materials were studied. The results show that the viscosity of the slurry can be adjusted at 500 鈩,
