復(fù)雜地質(zhì)條件下基坑工程施工技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of our country, the pace of urban construction has been further accelerated, and the contradiction between the rapid development of urban scale and the tension of construction land is becoming increasingly fierce, so the underground space is being developed. Increasing the number of basement floors has become an important means of engineering construction. With the increase of the excavation depth of the foundation pit, the complex and changeable soil layer, the large amount of foundation pit dewatering, the poor stability of soil support and so on, the research and exploration of the engineering theory of the deep foundation pit are promoted by engineers and technicians. However, there are many tragic engineering accidents, and the safety of foundation pit has become a severe problem in foundation pit construction. Taking the unit project of Kailuan Xiexin Power Generation Co., Ltd. (2x300MW) as an example, the theory and construction technology of deep foundation pit supporting engineering are studied. In order to ensure the construction quality and the requirement of construction period, the construction guarantee measures are explored. Through the implementation of a series of measures to reduce the cost of the project. In this paper, the method of delamination and transverse excavation is introduced, and the construction progress is accelerated by improving the excavation method. In the course of excavation, from one end along the cross section to the design elevation, the transport roads and temporary drainage facilities on each floor are distributed separately. In order to adapt to the deep and short excavation site, to solve the problem of large amount of earth moving out, we adopt the method of longitudinal excavation of each layer, predefined unearthed direction, stratified independent transportation and partial random excavations; in the excavation and support of earthwork, In order to ensure the different excavation depth and environment in a certain range, various supporting methods are reasonably matched (in situ soil nailing prestressed anchor bolt hanging net shotcrete surface support and pile layout tool combination support). In order to maximize the periodic benefit of the whole life, the supporting structure of ultra-deep foundation pit is selected under geological conditions, and the matching design of foundation pit support and permanent structure of different engineering projects is carried out as a whole. Through the study on the design and construction of deep foundation pit under complex geological conditions, as well as the analysis of relevant safeguard measures, this paper provides a reference for similar engineering, and is of great significance to the establishment of the theory of deep foundation pit engineering.
