廢舊廠房改造為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化器辦公建筑的研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,一些城市的發(fā)展出現(xiàn)兩種情況并行,一是,因產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,工業(yè)生產(chǎn)已不是城市發(fā)展的首要因素,這時,工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的衰退產(chǎn)生了大量閑置的廢舊廠房;二是,在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)逐步騰退的過程中,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)隨之轉(zhuǎn)型,這些城市的發(fā)展從粗放的工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)逐步向更加富有智慧的創(chuàng)意、創(chuàng)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)過渡。一種席卷全球的新的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理念,即創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟(jì)悄然興起,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念也蔓延全球。我國創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展并不成熟,其中一些新生公司的發(fā)展也需要孵化器的協(xié)助。在這兩種情況并行的前提下,筆者認(rèn)為一個是物質(zhì)空間載體,一個是產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需要一個物質(zhì)空間,兩者的結(jié)合是本文研究的重點(diǎn),即對廢舊廠房改為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化器辦公建筑的研究。在這一過程中,并沒有一套固定的設(shè)計方法來指導(dǎo)此類項(xiàng)目類型的設(shè)計,因此在研究過程中通過對大量對國內(nèi)、國外的優(yōu)秀改造案例進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),最后得出結(jié)論。論文主要內(nèi)容分為5個方面:1、闡明了本文的研究背景,明確了研究對象,論述了研究意義,列出了研究內(nèi)容和主要研究方法;2、針對廢舊廠房、孵化器、創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)三方面的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了總體概述。根據(jù)這三方面的特點(diǎn)提出廢舊廠房創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化器辦公建筑改造設(shè)計的要求;3、分析了此類項(xiàng)目使用者的構(gòu)成特點(diǎn)、行為特征和心理需求,推導(dǎo)出在改造設(shè)計中不可忽視的主觀因素;4、總結(jié)了廢舊廠房改為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化器辦公建筑改造的系統(tǒng)步驟,對具體的改造方式進(jìn)行分類研究,針對改造提出具體設(shè)計內(nèi)容;5、結(jié)合以上研究成果,對筆者參與的項(xiàng)目方案進(jìn)行實(shí)例研究。本文基于國內(nèi)廢舊廠房的閑置現(xiàn)狀以及創(chuàng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅速興起需求大量適應(yīng)其發(fā)展的辦公建筑空間環(huán)境,尋求二者相互融合的方法,從建筑設(shè)計的角度,總結(jié)出一套系統(tǒng)的,有關(guān)廢舊廠房改為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化器辦公建筑理論。
[Abstract]:With the development of the economy and the readjustment of the industrial structure, the development of some cities has appeared in parallel. First, because of the adjustment of the industrial structure, industrial production is no longer the primary factor in the development of the city. The decline in industrial production has resulted in a large number of unused waste factories; second, as industrial production has gradually retreated, the global economy has been transformed, and the development of these cities has evolved from an extensive industrial economy to a more intelligent idea. An innovative economic transition. A new concept of economic development sweeping the world, that is, the rise of creative economy quietly, the concept of creative industry spread around the world. The development of creative industry in China is not mature, and the development of some new companies also needs the help of incubator. On the premise of the two situations parallel, the author thinks that one is the material space carrier, the other is the industrial development needs a material space, the combination of the two is the focus of this paper. Namely, the research of changing the waste factory building into the office building of creative industry incubator. In this process, there is not a set of fixed design methods to guide the design of this type of project, so in the research process, through the analysis and summary of a large number of domestic and foreign excellent transformation cases, finally come to a conclusion. The main contents of this paper are divided into five aspects: 1. The research background of this paper is clarified, the research object is clarified, the research significance is discussed, the research content and main research methods are listed. Three aspects of creative industry related concepts were summarized. According to the characteristics of these three aspects, the paper puts forward the requirements of the renovation design of the office building of the creative industry incubator of the waste and old factory buildings. 3. The composition characteristics, behavior characteristics and psychological needs of the users of this kind of project are analyzed. The subjective factors which can not be ignored in the renovation design are deduced. 4. The systematic steps of transforming the waste factory building into the creative industry incubator office building are summarized, and the specific transformation methods are classified and studied. The concrete design content is put forward in view of the transformation. 5. Combining the above research results, the author carries on the case study to the project plan that the author participates in. Based on the idle situation of domestic waste factory building and the rapid rising demand of entrepreneurial industry, this paper tries to find a way to integrate the two into one another, and sums up a set of systematic methods from the angle of architectural design, which adapts to the development of office building space environment.
