【摘要】：我國(guó)建筑工業(yè)化的探索已有十多年的歷史,建筑工業(yè)化對(duì)我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)建筑業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義,也是我國(guó)建筑業(yè)擺脫人力短缺、資源浪費(fèi)、環(huán)境污染和安全事故頻發(fā)的必由之路,近幾年國(guó)家陸續(xù)建成一批建筑工業(yè)化示范基地,包括住宅開(kāi)發(fā)、施工安裝、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件、住宅部品等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈企業(yè),對(duì)推動(dòng)我國(guó)建筑工業(yè)化的廣泛實(shí)施奠定基礎(chǔ)�；剡x址是建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展應(yīng)當(dāng)首要解決的問(wèn)題,將對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、交通等帶來(lái)的較大影響,更關(guān)系到基地建成后能否發(fā)揮其最大效益。因此,采用科學(xué)的方法進(jìn)行建筑工業(yè)化基地選址,是一個(gè)值得研究的課題。論文首先通過(guò)查閱了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合近幾年建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)大多數(shù)學(xué)者都將研究方向集中在建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展問(wèn)題、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系、政策支持等方面,建筑工業(yè)化基地作為建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展的集中載體,對(duì)建筑工業(yè)化的順利推進(jìn)具有關(guān)鍵的作用。論文主要內(nèi)容:(1)建立建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)基地選址模型,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外大量的研究和專(zhuān)家的意見(jiàn)和建議,遵循政策導(dǎo)向、需求集中、交通便捷可發(fā)展、環(huán)保五大原則,逐項(xiàng)梳理出建筑工業(yè)化基地建設(shè)的主要因素;(2)運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法,分析選址的主要影響因素;(3)依據(jù)選址的主要影響因素構(gòu)建了建筑工業(yè)化基地選址的模型,隨后利用GIS的空間技術(shù)在可視化的地理環(huán)境中實(shí)現(xiàn)了建筑工業(yè)化基地位置的預(yù)選;(4)基于蟻群算法對(duì)預(yù)選出的多方案進(jìn)行最優(yōu)求解。最后本文以某開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)建筑工業(yè)化基地選址作為案例分析,從中選擇最佳基地建設(shè)地點(diǎn),為以后其他地區(qū)的建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地選址提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The exploration of construction industrialization in China has a history of more than ten years. Building industrialization is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of traditional construction industry and the realization of green sustainable development. It is also the construction industry of our country to get rid of the shortage of manpower and waste resources. The only way to frequent environmental pollution and safety accidents is that in recent years the country has built a number of demonstration bases for building industrialization, including residential development, construction and installation, structural components, housing components and other related industrial chain enterprises. To promote the construction industrialization of our country to lay a foundation for the extensive implementation. Base location is the most important problem that should be solved in the development of construction industrialization. It will have a great impact on regional economy, environment, transportation and so on. It is also related to whether the base can give full play to its maximum benefit after the completion of the base. Therefore, it is worth studying to adopt scientific method to locate the industrial base. First of all, by consulting the relevant documents and combining with the current situation of the development of architectural industrialization in recent years, the paper finds that most scholars focus on the development of construction industrialization, standard system, policy support and so on. As the centralized carrier of the development of the building industrialization, the building industrialization base plays a key role in the smooth development of the building industrialization. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) to establish the model of building industry base location, combining with a large number of domestic and foreign research and experts' opinions and suggestions, following the five principles of policy orientation, concentration of demand, convenient and developable traffic, and environmental protection. The main factors of building industrialization base construction are sorted out item by item; (2) the main influencing factors of site selection are analyzed by using grey relational analysis method; (3) the model of building industrialization base location selection is constructed according to the main influencing factors of site selection. Then the spatial technology of GIS is used to realize the pre-selection of the location of the industrial base in the visual geographical environment. (4) based on the ant colony algorithm, the pre-selected multi-scheme is solved optimally. Finally, this paper takes the location of a construction industrialization base in a development zone as a case study, from which the best site is selected to provide a reference for the location of the construction industrialization base in other areas in the future.
