【摘要】：隨著生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)飲用水質(zhì)量的要求也不斷提高。飲用水中的嗅味不僅影響水的使用性,還會(huì)損害人體健康。《生活飲用水衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 5749—2006)已明確將嗅味列入出廠水、管網(wǎng)水的必測(cè)項(xiàng)目。我國(guó)對(duì)嗅味問(wèn)題的研究還處于起步階段,該文綜述了飲用水中典型嗅味物質(zhì)的來(lái)源、檢測(cè)及控制技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standard, people's demand for drinking water quality is also increasing. The smell in drinking water not only affects the use of water, but also harms human health. GB 5749-2006 has clearly listed the smell as a necessary test item of factory water and pipe network water. In this paper, the origin, detection and control technology of typical odorous substances in drinking water are reviewed.
