飲用水中嗅味問題研究綜述

【摘要】：隨著生活水平的提高,人們對飲用水質量的要求也不斷提高。飲用水中的嗅味不僅影響水的使用性,還會損害人體健康�！渡铒嬘盟l(wèi)生標準》(GB 5749—2006)已明確將嗅味列入出廠水、管網水的必測項目。我國對嗅味問題的研究還處于起步階段,該文綜述了飲用水中典型嗅味物質的來源、檢測及控制技術。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standard, people's demand for drinking water quality is also increasing. The smell in drinking water not only affects the use of water, but also harms human health. GB 5749-2006 has clearly listed the smell as a necessary test item of factory water and pipe network water. In this paper, the origin, detection and control technology of typical odorous substances in drinking water are reviewed.
