【摘要】：快速城鎮(zhèn)化導(dǎo)致城市街區(qū)空間形態(tài)得以快速重塑,對(duì)于這一結(jié)果有必要進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。在以往學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上,文章從社會(huì)生態(tài)視角對(duì)街區(qū)空間形態(tài)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),確定物質(zhì)屬性、功能定位、空間形式、空間行為和場所精神5項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)因子,構(gòu)建社會(huì)生態(tài)指數(shù)SE-B,最終劃分強(qiáng)社會(huì)生態(tài)、中社會(huì)生態(tài)和弱社會(huì)生態(tài)3種街區(qū)空間形態(tài)類型,并提出相應(yīng)的規(guī)劃策略。
[Abstract]:Rapid urbanization results in rapid remodeling of urban block spatial form, and it is necessary to evaluate the result. On the basis of previous scholars' research, this paper evaluates the space form of the block from the perspective of social ecology, and determines five evaluation factors: material attribute, function orientation, space form, spatial behavior and place spirit. Finally, the social ecological index (SE-B,) can be divided into three types: strong social ecology, middle social ecology and weak social ecology, and the corresponding planning strategies are put forward.
