巖土工程項(xiàng)目成本影響因素的控制方法研究

【摘要】：最近幾年來(lái),巖土施工行業(yè)不斷進(jìn)行發(fā)展和改革,業(yè)務(wù)范圍不斷地拓寬,但大多數(shù)的單位依然沿用著“事業(yè)單位、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)”的管理體制,因此,巖土單位增強(qiáng)盈利能力,擺脫巖土行業(yè)單位長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)在舊的管理理念下的束縛,改變巖土成本管理方面落后的局面,清醒把握自身的脈博,對(duì)癥下藥,實(shí)現(xiàn)降低巖土施工成本的工作目標(biāo),給企業(yè)帶來(lái)更多的效益勢(shì)在必行。本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的巖土體制、成本因素以及施工可以降低成本的方向進(jìn)行理論研究,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外各種項(xiàng)目成本控制方法進(jìn)行深入分析和歸納,試圖探討巖土施工過程中的改革改進(jìn)的可行性,提出巖土行業(yè)模式的新形式與施工成本控制的新途徑,借此探索巖土行業(yè)項(xiàng)目成本控制的新思路,規(guī)避過去巖土施工行業(yè)所面臨的困難和問題,為以后巖土行業(yè)同行提供一種新的項(xiàng)目管理思路。文章對(duì)項(xiàng)目成本的構(gòu)成進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的了解,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析當(dāng)前的成本控制現(xiàn)狀,通過對(duì)影響成本的因素分解,明確當(dāng)前普遍采用的控制方法,并根據(jù)巖土施工的特殊性及影響因素采取恰當(dāng)?shù)目刂拼胧�。在提出控制措施的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)項(xiàng)目成本控制的理論進(jìn)行研究分析,為后續(xù)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用打下基礎(chǔ),通過對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)期、管理過程及施工過程成本管理因素的分析,了解巖土項(xiàng)目的特殊性,采取針對(duì)性的措施。本文針對(duì)巖土行業(yè)項(xiàng)目成本控制的管理模式,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析和總結(jié),建立一套有效的管理體系。通過項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用與不斷梳理改進(jìn)、理順關(guān)系、建立模式,為巖土行業(yè)成本控制在工程中的廣泛應(yīng)用構(gòu)建理論基礎(chǔ),在實(shí)踐中的利用推廣將有利于進(jìn)一步提高巖土工程項(xiàng)目的管理水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,通過實(shí)際的工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,達(dá)到了良好的控制效果,也收到了極大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the geotechnical construction industry has been continuously developing and reforming, and its scope of business has been continuously broadened. However, most of the units still follow the management system of "institutions and enterprises". Therefore, the geotechnical units have enhanced their profitability. To get rid of the shackles of geotechnical industry units under the old management concept for a long time, to change the backward situation of geotechnical cost management, to soberly grasp the pulse of their own, to give the right remedy to the case, and to achieve the work goal of reducing the cost of geotechnical construction. It is imperative to bring more benefits to enterprises. In this paper, firstly, the author studies the geotechnical system, the cost factors and the direction of cost reduction at home and abroad, and makes a deep analysis and induction of various project cost control methods at home and abroad. This paper attempts to probe into the feasibility of reform and improvement in the process of geotechnical construction, puts forward a new form of the mode of geotechnical industry and a new way of construction cost control, and thus explores a new way of project cost control in geotechnical industry. To avoid the difficulties and problems faced by the geotechnical construction industry in the past, this paper provides a new project management idea for the future geotechnical industry. Based on the detailed understanding of the composition of the project cost, the current cost control situation is analyzed, and the commonly used control methods are clarified through the decomposition of the factors affecting the cost. Appropriate control measures are taken according to the particularity of geotechnical construction and influencing factors. On the basis of putting forward the control measures, the theory of project cost control is studied and analyzed, which lays the foundation for the following practical application. Through the analysis of the cost management factors of the operation period, management process and construction process, Understand the particularity of geotechnical projects and take targeted measures. According to the management mode of project cost control in geotechnical industry, this paper makes a systematic analysis and summary, and establishes an effective management system. Through the application and continuous improvement of the project, straightening out the relationship and establishing the model, the theoretical foundation for the wide application of cost control in geotechnical industry in engineering is constructed. The application and popularization in practice will help to further improve the management level and economic benefit of geotechnical engineering projects. Through the verification of actual engineering projects, good control effect has been achieved, and great economic benefits have also been obtained.
