綠色建筑星級比例測算——以GM新區(qū)為例
[Abstract]:Under the background of the exploration and practice of new urbanization in China, the green ecological urban area has become the structural model of urban development. Among them, the development of green building in the construction industry to a large extent affects and determines the speed and quality of the economic structure transformation and the overall development of the national economy in the future. However, there is a lack of standard and scientific basis to determine the star-level ratio of green building in green ecological city. In order to carry out the green building standard in an all-round way and establish the technical standard system for the construction of the green building demonstration area, with the spatial layout of the green building as the core, the land potential evaluation method is used to evaluate the distribution of the green building. Through the method of "four factors" to check the potential plot of high star level, the system of calculating the proportion of green building stars is established, and the proportion of green building in the new area of GM is calculated. The results show that through quantitative analysis of land potential, the system can scientifically and reasonably calculate the star-level ratio of green buildings, and provide a reference for the construction of ecological urban areas and the compilation of special planning for green buildings. The construction of the system is conducive to provide technical support for the construction of green ecological city. After the system is perfect, it can be popularized in the construction of the national green building demonstration area and become a reference model for the national construction of green building demonstration area.
