淺論提升總監(jiān)對現(xiàn)場的掌控能力

【摘要】:我國工程項目監(jiān)理實行的是總監(jiān)負責(zé)制,對內(nèi)要對公司負責(zé),對外要對業(yè)主負責(zé),總監(jiān)對工程的管控至關(guān)重要。分別從總監(jiān)熟悉了解施工現(xiàn)場施工情況、提升自身的專業(yè)知識水平、總監(jiān)的職業(yè)素質(zhì)、做好與參建各方的協(xié)調(diào)與溝通、做好信息化管理五個方面進行了闡述。
[Abstract]:The supervision of engineering project in our country is under the responsibility system of director, which is responsible to the company at home and to the owner outside, so it is very important for the director to control the project. From five aspects: the director is familiar with the construction situation, the level of professional knowledge, the professional quality of the director, the coordination and communication with the parties involved in the construction, and the information management are expounded.
