【摘要】：預(yù)制裝配式建筑是未來建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展方向,筆者以上海市內(nèi)環(huán)內(nèi)第1個裝配式住宅建筑——翡麗甲第的成功實施為例,對預(yù)制裝配式建筑的設(shè)計施工全過程一體化進行研究。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件拆分深化設(shè)計聯(lián)系現(xiàn)場實際、綜合考慮施工全過程中構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力分布、機電管線設(shè)計優(yōu)化、利用預(yù)制構(gòu)件特性等對設(shè)計施工有極大促進作用。施工中充分領(lǐng)會設(shè)計意圖、做好成品保護、優(yōu)化關(guān)鍵施工節(jié)點等可有效地促進生產(chǎn)效率,提升經(jīng)濟效益,促進預(yù)制裝配式建筑的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Prefabricated building is the development direction of building industrialization in the future. The author takes the successful implementation of the first assembled residential building in the inner ring of Shanghai as an example. The whole process of design and construction of prefabricated buildings is studied. Through the research, it is found that the split and deepening design of structural members is combined with the field practice, the stress distribution of the members during the whole construction process is considered synthetically, the mechanical and electrical pipeline design is optimized, and the characteristics of the prefabricated members are used to promote the design and construction greatly. In construction, the design intention is fully understood, the finished product is protected, the key construction nodes are optimized and so on, which can effectively promote the production efficiency, enhance the economic benefit and promote the development of prefabricated building.
