【摘要】：預(yù)制裝配式建筑是未來(lái)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展方向,筆者以上海市內(nèi)環(huán)內(nèi)第1個(gè)裝配式住宅建筑——翡麗甲第的成功實(shí)施為例,對(duì)預(yù)制裝配式建筑的設(shè)計(jì)施工全過(guò)程一體化進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件拆分深化設(shè)計(jì)聯(lián)系現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際、綜合考慮施工全過(guò)程中構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力分布、機(jī)電管線設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化、利用預(yù)制構(gòu)件特性等對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)施工有極大促進(jìn)作用。施工中充分領(lǐng)會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)意圖、做好成品保護(hù)、優(yōu)化關(guān)鍵施工節(jié)點(diǎn)等可有效地促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)效率,提升經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,促進(jìn)預(yù)制裝配式建筑的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Prefabricated building is the development direction of building industrialization in the future. The author takes the successful implementation of the first assembled residential building in the inner ring of Shanghai as an example. The whole process of design and construction of prefabricated buildings is studied. Through the research, it is found that the split and deepening design of structural members is combined with the field practice, the stress distribution of the members during the whole construction process is considered synthetically, the mechanical and electrical pipeline design is optimized, and the characteristics of the prefabricated members are used to promote the design and construction greatly. In construction, the design intention is fully understood, the finished product is protected, the key construction nodes are optimized and so on, which can effectively promote the production efficiency, enhance the economic benefit and promote the development of prefabricated building.
