【摘要】：以徑流源頭控制的重要實(shí)施區(qū)域——建筑小區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,提出了綠色建筑小區(qū)年徑流總量控制能力的計(jì)算方法。首先將《綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB/T 50378—2014)中的雨洪管理指標(biāo)作為綠色建筑小區(qū)的雨洪管理能力的控制指標(biāo),通過(guò)建立綜合徑流系數(shù)模型和綠色建筑小區(qū)控制雨量模型,以開(kāi)發(fā)強(qiáng)度為控制指標(biāo),計(jì)算和分析綠色建筑小區(qū)的控制雨量,并估算年徑流總量控制率的范圍。
[Abstract]:Taking the important implementing area of runoff source control as the research object, the paper puts forward the calculation method of the annual total runoff control ability of the green building district. Firstly, the rain flood management index in Green Building Evaluation Standard (GB/T 50378-2014) is taken as the control index of rainwater management ability of green building district, and the comprehensive runoff coefficient model and the rainfall control model of green building district are established. Taking the development intensity as the control index, the controlled rainfall in the green building district is calculated and analyzed, and the range of the total runoff control rate is estimated.
