外方內(nèi)圓復(fù)合不銹鋼管混凝土柱滯回性能試驗研究
[Abstract]:The concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) columns are combined with square steel tube and circular steel tube to make full use of the advantages of convenient connection of square steel tube joint and good constraint effect of circular steel tube. In the outer inner circular composite steel tube concrete, the external ordinary steel pipe can be changed into stainless steel tube, which can effectively reduce corrosion and the appearance is beautiful. At present, there is no experimental study on the hysteretic behavior of external inner circular composite stainless steel tube concrete filled column (hereinafter referred to as composite stainless steel tube concrete column). In this paper, the hysteretic behavior of this kind of column is studied by quasi-static test and finite element software ABAQUS, which provides the basis for its application in engineering. The main work and related results are as follows: (1) the pseudostatic tests of 6 specimens have been completed, including 5 composite stainless steel tubular concrete columns and 1 stainless steel square concrete-filled steel tube column. The main parameters are the ratio of width to thickness of square steel tube (125 and 62.5), diameter to thickness ratio of round steel pipe (26.755), diameter to width ratio of round steel tube to square steel pipe (0.45 ~ 0.66) and comparison with stainless square steel pipe string. The hysteretic properties of composite stainless steel tube concrete filled columns such as failure mode, bearing capacity, deformation capacity, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity are studied. The results show that the hysteretic curves of the specimens are full, no obvious pinch phenomenon appears, and the hysteretic properties of the specimens show good hysteretic performance. The hysteretic behavior of composite stainless steel tube concrete filled column is better than that of stainless steel tube concrete filled steel tube column. (2) based on the finite element software ABAQUS, the load-displacement whole process of external inner circle composite stainless steel tube concrete filled column is calculated and its working mechanism is analyzed. The calculated results are compared with the experimental results of other scholars and six specimens in this paper. The failure patterns and load-displacement hysteretic curves are in good agreement with each other, which verifies the reliability of the established finite element model. The influence of relevant parameters was analyzed, including axial compression ratio, wall thickness of square steel tube (width to thickness ratio), strength of square steel pipe and circular steel tube. The finite element model is used to further reveal the whole process and working mechanism of the model.
