【摘要】：我國(guó)的養(yǎng)老模式在現(xiàn)階段還是以家庭養(yǎng)老為主,社會(huì)養(yǎng)老為輔。在居家養(yǎng)老層面中,住區(qū)的商業(yè)服務(wù)配套設(shè)施是與居民生活聯(lián)系地最緊密的一部分,在老年人的生活中扮演著相當(dāng)重要的角色。鄰里中心是從國(guó)外(新加坡)引入的新型社區(qū)服務(wù)理念,它涵蓋了日常生活的各類商業(yè)服務(wù)設(shè)施,旨在為服務(wù)范圍內(nèi)的住區(qū)居民提供便利。在蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū),它也從最初的實(shí)踐發(fā)展到如今的廣泛運(yùn)用。但如今,隨著時(shí)間的推移,很多鄰里中心逐漸難以滿足老齡化背景下的大眾需求。在這種前提下,蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)中的鄰里中心如何優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)才能更好地為老年人的生活服務(wù)提供便利成為一個(gè)值得研究的重要課題。本文共有七章節(jié):第一章是緒論,就本文的研究背景和研究意義進(jìn)行闡述,并對(duì)相關(guān)概念及國(guó)內(nèi)外的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行解釋;第二章就鄰里中心及建筑改造等基礎(chǔ)概念進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)闡述;第三章著重老年人,研究了老年人的特征及適老性設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo);第四章主要對(duì)蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)鄰里中心的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行介紹,并對(duì)目前在建筑功能、建筑內(nèi)外部流線、環(huán)境配套、內(nèi)外細(xì)節(jié)上出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行總結(jié)和歸納;第五章主要針對(duì)現(xiàn)存的問題,從多角度探求老年人的需求,進(jìn)而總結(jié)蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)鄰里中心適老性優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的基本策略。第六章是案例研究,針對(duì)蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)新城鄰里中心的現(xiàn)狀和問題,就前文提出的優(yōu)化策略進(jìn)行改造。最后一章是文章的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, the old-age model of our country is mainly based on family pension, supplemented by social old-age support. In the aspect of family pension, the supporting facilities of commercial services in residential areas are the most closely related to the residents' lives, and play a very important role in the life of the elderly. Neighbourhood Center is a new concept of community service introduced from abroad (Singapore). It covers all kinds of commercial service facilities in daily life and aims to facilitate the residents of residential areas within the scope of service. In Suzhou Industrial Park, it also developed from the initial practice to today's wide application. But now, with the passage of time, many neighborhood centers are increasingly unable to meet the needs of the aging public. On this premise, how to optimize the design of neighborhood center in Suzhou Industrial Park to provide better convenience for the elderly has become an important topic worth studying. There are seven chapters in this paper: the first chapter is the introduction, the research background and significance of this paper are expounded, and the related concepts and the current situation at home and abroad are explained, the second chapter focuses on the neighborhood center and architectural reconstruction and other basic concepts. The third chapter focuses on the elderly, studies the characteristics of the elderly and the design objectives of the elderly, the fourth chapter mainly introduces the status of the Suzhou Industrial Park neighborhood center, and the current architectural functions, internal and external lines of architecture, environmental matching, The fifth chapter mainly aims at the existing problems, explores the needs of the elderly from various angles, and then summarizes the basic strategy of the optimization design of the neighborhood center of Suzhou Industrial Park. The sixth chapter is a case study, aiming at the current situation and problems of Suzhou Industrial Park New Town neighborhood Center, the optimization strategy proposed above is reformed. The last chapter is the summary of the article.
