【摘要】：建筑安裝設(shè)施是與人們生活息息相關(guān)的一部分,機(jī)電設(shè)備的安裝以及運(yùn)行中的安全直接關(guān)系到群眾生命健康在內(nèi)的根本利益。阿壩移動(dòng)辦公樓安裝工程由于復(fù)雜的環(huán)境因素、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的技術(shù)因素和資金等不確定因素的大量存在,使得整個(gè)項(xiàng)目中充滿了大量的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素威脅項(xiàng)目順利完工;同時(shí)復(fù)雜多變的使用環(huán)境以及使用單位維護(hù)、管理水平的參差不齊,導(dǎo)致許多安全隱患存在于項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)行過(guò)程中,嚴(yán)重威脅使用者的安全�；诖吮尘�,本文以阿壩移動(dòng)辦公樓機(jī)電安裝工程項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,以項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的知識(shí)體系和工具為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的準(zhǔn)備、實(shí)施和運(yùn)行三個(gè)階段的安裝項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn),對(duì)辦公樓機(jī)電安裝工程項(xiàng)目中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制進(jìn)行探討和分析,為保障阿壩移動(dòng)辦公樓安裝工程項(xiàng)目的順利完成提供有價(jià)值的參考。本文首先闡述了研究的背景及意義、內(nèi)容和方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理、項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了回顧,并梳理和歸納了與安裝工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的研究成果,為后續(xù)的研究尋找理論和方法的支持。其次運(yùn)用案例研究的方法分析阿壩移動(dòng)辦公樓安裝工程項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合項(xiàng)目實(shí)施三階段的不同特征,利用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法分析該項(xiàng)目三個(gè)階段存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。緊接著在項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的基礎(chǔ)上,利用多維風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣以及模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)對(duì)項(xiàng)目安裝工程的準(zhǔn)備、實(shí)施以及運(yùn)行過(guò)程中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。然后在分析了項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程三階段的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)不同階段存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)給出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)政策,以保障項(xiàng)目的順利完工。最后則是本文的研究結(jié)論�？偟膩�(lái)說(shuō),本文對(duì)阿壩移動(dòng)辦公樓安裝工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的研究符合整個(gè)項(xiàng)目當(dāng)前工作的需要,也為項(xiàng)目完成后設(shè)備投入運(yùn)行后的安全提供一定的保障。同時(shí)也為今后開(kāi)展類似的工程項(xiàng)目提供了較好的思路和指導(dǎo),因此具有重要的價(jià)值和深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
[Abstract]:The installation of building facilities is a part closely related to people's daily life. The installation and safety of mechanical and electrical equipment are directly related to the fundamental interests of people's life and health. Because of the complex environmental factors, high standard technical factors and funds, the installation of Aba mobile office building project is full of a lot of risk factors, which threaten the completion of the project. At the same time, the complex and changeable use environment, maintenance and management level of the use unit are not uniform, resulting in a lot of security risks exist in the running process of the project, seriously threatening the safety of users. Based on this background, this paper takes the mechanical and electrical installation project of Aba mobile office building as the research object, taking the knowledge system and tools of project risk management as the guidance, combining with the preparation of the project, implementing and running the characteristics of the installation project in three stages. This paper discusses and analyzes the risk identification, risk assessment and risk control in the mechanical and electrical installation project of office building, which provides a valuable reference for ensuring the successful completion of the installation project of Aba mobile office building. In this paper, the background and significance, contents and methods of the research are described. Based on this, the related theories of project management and project risk management are reviewed. The research results of risk management of installation project are summarized and summarized to find the support of theory and method for the following research. Secondly, using the method of case study to analyze the present situation of the installation project of Aba mobile office building, combined with the different characteristics of the three stages of the project implementation, the risk of the three phases of the project is analyzed by questionnaire survey. Then on the basis of project risk identification, the multi-dimension risk matrix and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technology are used to evaluate the risks existing in the preparation, implementation and operation of the project installation project. Then, based on the analysis of the risk identification and risk assessment in the three stages of the project implementation process, the corresponding risk response policies are put forward to ensure the smooth completion of the project. The last part is the conclusion of this paper. In general, the research on the risk management of Aba mobile office building project in this paper accords with the needs of the whole project, and also provides a certain guarantee for the safety of the equipment after the completion of the project. At the same time, it also provides good ideas and guidance for carrying out similar projects in the future, so it has important value and far-reaching significance.
