微觀尺度下基于商圈的北京市商業(yè)空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,城市商業(yè)空間逐漸成為推動發(fā)展和塑造城市空間的強勁力量;谖⒂^尺度,將商圈的研究向城市內(nèi)部細(xì)分地域拓展,運用POI、網(wǎng)絡(luò)房產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)等開源大數(shù)據(jù),通過構(gòu)建人口住宅小區(qū)空間化模型,以及運用哈夫模型與Voronoi相結(jié)合的方法,對北京市各功能類型商業(yè)區(qū)的商圈進(jìn)行劃分,分析其空間服務(wù)范圍和服務(wù)人口,從而探討城市商業(yè)空間的合理性。結(jié)果表明:飲食文化型、專營型、購物中心型、便利型、綜合型五種類型商業(yè)區(qū)的商圈布局和服務(wù)人口均有不同的特征;普遍存在著城市周邊商圈面積過大、服務(wù)人口過多,城市內(nèi)部存在部分布局盲點,商業(yè)功能類型與人口布局不協(xié)調(diào)等問題;诖,提出優(yōu)化北京市商業(yè)空間優(yōu)化的相應(yīng)建議:加快城市周邊商業(yè)發(fā)展、彌補中心城區(qū)商業(yè)布局不足、根據(jù)商業(yè)區(qū)類型設(shè)定布局發(fā)展方向、從功能結(jié)構(gòu)和空間結(jié)構(gòu)方面深化城市商業(yè)規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of China's economic development mode, urban commercial space has gradually become a powerful force to promote the development and shaping of urban space. Based on the micro-scale, the study of business circle is extended to the subdivision of urban areas. By using large open-source data such as POI, network real estate data, the spatialization model of population residential quarters is constructed and Kazakhstan is applied. By combining Voronoi model and Voronoi model, this paper divides the commercial districts of different functional types in Beijing, analyzes their spatial service scope and service population, and discusses the rationality of urban commercial space. There are many problems in Beijing, such as the large area of the business circle around the city, the excessive service population, the blind spots in the layout of the city, the inconsistency between the types of commercial functions and the distribution of the population. The commercial layout is insufficient. According to the types of commercial districts, the development direction of the layout is set, and the urban commercial planning is deepened from the aspects of functional structure and spatial structure.
