【摘要】：商務(wù)活動(dòng)以及旅游業(yè)的國際化發(fā)展給酒店建筑設(shè)計(jì)帶來了全新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),全球化的發(fā)展成為城市的推動(dòng)力,但同時(shí)也帶來了建筑文化的國際化和城市空間、形態(tài)的趨同現(xiàn)象。本文的關(guān)注點(diǎn)在于全球化發(fā)展的背景下,如何堅(jiān)持本土的建筑創(chuàng)作,體現(xiàn)建筑的地域特征。而高星級酒店的設(shè)立常常伴隨著國際酒店品牌的擴(kuò)張,酒店品牌的國際化發(fā)展是否與酒店建筑的地域性存在矛盾呢?本文運(yùn)用比較研究的方法,時(shí)間上縱向探討臺(tái)灣與閩南地區(qū)酒店建筑、建筑地域性發(fā)展歷程,空間上橫向分析臺(tái)灣和閩南地區(qū)酒店的建筑設(shè)計(jì)�？v向比較以時(shí)間線索為軸展開,分為建國初期、改革開放后、90年代及2000年后四個(gè)時(shí)間段研究,橫向比較根據(jù)酒店的類型和功能,分別從不同角度探討兩地酒店建筑的相似與差異,并分析影響酒店地域性設(shè)計(jì)的要素。兩種類型酒店建筑地域性探索稍有不同,一是度假酒店由外而內(nèi)的設(shè)計(jì),使建筑與當(dāng)?shù)貧夂�、地形地貌、自然資源、人文環(huán)境更多地融合,二是在城市中心區(qū)附近的酒店,由于城市中能給予的自然條件差異相對較小,故酒店地域性設(shè)計(jì)更多的關(guān)注點(diǎn)在于人文思想和當(dāng)?shù)厣罘绞?受經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、地理位置、設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范等因素的制約。文章最后從理論與實(shí)踐方面提出酒店建筑地域性設(shè)計(jì)、人性化生活方式設(shè)計(jì)的策略建議和展望。
[Abstract]:The development of business activities and tourism has brought new opportunities and challenges to hotel architecture design. The development of globalization has become the driving force of the city, but also brought the internationalization of architectural culture and urban space. The convergence of forms. The focus of this paper is on how to persist in local architectural creation and reflect the regional characteristics of architecture under the background of globalization. The establishment of high-star hotels often accompanied by the expansion of international hotel brands, whether the international development of hotel brands and hotel architecture regional contradictions exist? By using the method of comparative study, this paper discusses the hotel architecture in Taiwan and Minnan area vertically in time, the regional development course of architecture, and the horizontal analysis of the architectural design of hotels in Taiwan and South Fujian in space. The longitudinal comparison is carried out on the axis of time clues and is divided into four periods: the initial period of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the 1990s after the reform and opening up and the later 2000. The horizontal comparison is based on the types and functions of the hotels. The similarities and differences of hotel architecture between the two places are discussed from different angles, and the factors that influence the regional design of hotels are analyzed. The regional exploration of the two types of hotels is slightly different. One is the design of the resort hotels from the outside to the inside, which makes the buildings more integrated with the local climate, topography, natural resources and cultural environment. The other is the hotels near the city center. Because of the relatively small difference in the natural conditions which can be given in the city, the regional design of hotels pays more attention to the humanistic thought and the local way of life, which is restricted by the economic conditions, geographical location, design norms and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward the suggestions and prospects of the regional design of hotel architecture and the design of humanized life style from the aspects of theory and practice.
