鋼板加固鋼筋混凝土異形柱承載力數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:鋼板加固鋼筋混凝土異形截面柱是由鋼板和鋼筋混凝土異形柱兩部分組成的新型加固構件。異形柱是目前較為流行的一種柱體形式,并且廣泛的應用于新型的建筑物中,鋼板加固又是非常傳統(tǒng)的加固方法。鋼板和異形柱相互結合,充分的發(fā)揮了各自的優(yōu)點。鋼板通過加固受拉區(qū)混凝土柱,改善混凝土受力性能,提高構件承載能力,增強其抗震性能。相對而言,對鋼筋混凝土異形截面柱力學性能的研究還很匱乏。本文將對鋼筋混凝土異形截面柱建立有限元模型。作為加固混凝土異形截面柱子形式的一種,需研究鋼板與受拉區(qū)混凝土之間的相互協(xié)同工作的效果。鋼板加固鋼筋混凝土異形截面柱力學性能研究,在此前沒有相關試驗和有限元模擬的研究,故本文所研究和闡述的是鋼筋混凝土異形截面柱力學性能比較基本的力學性能,本文的主要研究工作包括:1.對鋼筋混凝土異形截面柱進行截面形式設計。2.通過ABAUS建立鋼筋混凝土異形截面柱有限元模型,并對該種模型的正確性加以驗證,用該種模型進行偏壓作用下的數(shù)值模擬。3.討論研究擬定參數(shù)對構件力學性能的影響。通過改變偏心距、鋼板厚度、配筋率、混凝土強度四個因素的方法,得到該加固形式對異形柱的承載力變化規(guī)律。4.基于ABAQUS分析的結果,最終確定偏心距、鋼板厚度、配筋率、混凝土強度四個因素,對鋼板加固鋼筋混凝土異形截面柱力學性能研究偏心受壓的極限承載力的影響規(guī)律。5.確定合理的偏心距、鋼板厚度、配筋率、混凝土強度,提出工程設計建議。
[Abstract]:Reinforced concrete special-section column strengthened by steel plate is a new type of reinforcement member composed of steel plate and reinforced concrete special-shaped column. Special-shaped column is a popular column form, and widely used in new buildings, steel plate reinforcement is a very traditional reinforcement method. Steel plate and special-shaped column combine each other to give full play to their respective advantages. By strengthening concrete columns in tension zone, steel plate can improve the mechanical behavior of concrete, increase the bearing capacity of members and enhance its seismic performance. Relatively speaking, the study on the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete special-section columns is still very scarce. In this paper, the finite element model of reinforced concrete special-section columns is established. As a kind of reinforced concrete column with special-shaped section, the effect of synergistic work between steel plate and concrete in tensile area should be studied. The mechanical properties of reinforced concrete special-section columns strengthened by steel plates have not been studied by relevant tests and finite element simulation before, so the basic mechanical properties of reinforced concrete special-shaped cross-section columns are studied and elaborated in this paper. The main research work of this paper includes: 1. Section design of reinforced concrete special-section column. The finite element model of reinforced concrete special-section column is established by ABAUS, and the correctness of the model is verified. The influence of the parameters on the mechanical properties of the components is discussed. By changing the eccentricity, the thickness of steel plate, the ratio of reinforcement and the strength of concrete, the change law of bearing capacity of this reinforcement form on special-shaped columns is obtained. Based on the results of ABAQUS analysis, four factors such as eccentricity, thickness of steel plate, reinforcement ratio and strength of concrete are determined. The effect of eccentric compression on the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete special-section columns strengthened by steel plate is studied. Reasonable eccentricity, steel plate thickness, reinforcement ratio and concrete strength are determined, and engineering design suggestions are put forward.
