【摘要】：隨著城市建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,歷史文化街區(qū)保護(hù)與開發(fā)之間的沖突日益加劇。城市中的歷史文化街區(qū)在不同程度上都受到了相應(yīng)的沖擊與影響,漸漸失去了延續(xù)多年的特色和風(fēng)貌。因此,歷史文化街區(qū)的保護(hù)顯得越來越重要,怎樣在時(shí)代的變化和發(fā)展下振興歷史文化街區(qū),延續(xù)和傳承其自身的歷史文脈,促進(jìn)其良好健康地持續(xù)發(fā)展,成為迫在眉睫的問題。作為廣州歷史文化遺產(chǎn)的重要組成部分,逢源大街-荔灣湖歷史文化街區(qū)具有典型的歷史風(fēng)貌與文化蘊(yùn)涵,是傳統(tǒng)西關(guān)風(fēng)情集中體現(xiàn)所在,凝聚著高度的歷史文化價(jià)值。但對(duì)于其歷史文化遺產(chǎn)資源的保護(hù)利用仍處于被動(dòng)的層面,不能在時(shí)代的變化與進(jìn)步下傳承與發(fā)展。本文在此背景下,對(duì)逢源大街-荔灣湖歷史文化街區(qū)的發(fā)展提出新的認(rèn)識(shí)與建議。首先,本文將原真性保護(hù)與活化利用理論相互融合,在相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立歷史文化街區(qū)原真性保護(hù)與活化利用之間的互動(dòng)聯(lián)系,為逢源大街-荔灣湖歷史文化街區(qū)的保護(hù)利用奠定了扎實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,梳理了逢源大街-荔灣湖歷史文化街區(qū)沿革演變,并總結(jié)概括街區(qū)的歷史文化特色,進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)和了解街區(qū)基礎(chǔ)概況及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。然后,開展了對(duì)逢源大街-荔灣湖歷史文化街區(qū)的走訪調(diào)查及實(shí)地調(diào)研。通過對(duì)居民感知的走訪調(diào)查以及對(duì)其整體風(fēng)貌、傳統(tǒng)建筑、街巷空間、居民生活和民俗文化等保護(hù)利用現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)了其區(qū)域內(nèi)存在著風(fēng)貌協(xié)調(diào)不足、更新發(fā)展沖突、居住環(huán)境破敗及人文保護(hù)缺失等問題。最后,針對(duì)以上出現(xiàn)的問題,在原真性保護(hù)與活化利用理論基礎(chǔ)上,探討提出了相應(yīng)原真性保護(hù)與活化利用規(guī)劃構(gòu)想,運(yùn)用保持歷史原真、避免過度開發(fā)、注重人文傳承等原則,總結(jié)相應(yīng)的逢源大街-荔灣湖歷史文化街區(qū)保護(hù)利用措施體系,并提出了具體的規(guī)劃對(duì)策,以此更好延續(xù)其自身的歷史文脈,適應(yīng)當(dāng)前時(shí)代變化的需要,促進(jìn)歷史文化街區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban construction, the conflict between the protection and development of historic and cultural blocks is becoming more and more serious. The historic and cultural blocks in cities have been impacted and influenced in varying degrees, gradually losing their features and features which have lasted for many years. Therefore, the protection of historic and cultural blocks is becoming more and more important, and how to protect them in the times is becoming more and more important. It is an urgent problem to revitalize the historic and cultural block under the change and development, to continue and inherit its own historical context, and to promote its healthy and sustainable development. However, the protection and utilization of its historical and cultural heritage resources are still in a passive level, and can not be inherited and developed under the changes and progress of the times. Firstly, this paper combines the theory of authenticity protection with the theory of activation and utilization, establishes the interactive relationship between authenticity protection and activation and utilization of historical and cultural blocks on the basis of relevant literature research and summary, and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the protection and utilization of Fengyuan Street-Liwanhu Historical and Cultural Block. The evolution of Wanhu Historic and Cultural Block is summarized, and the historical and cultural characteristics of the block are summarized. The basic situation and development status of the block are further understood and understood. Based on the investigation of the present situation of protection and utilization of architecture, street space, residential life and folk culture, it is found that there are some problems in the area, such as insufficient coordination of style and features, conflict of renewal and development, dilapidation of residential environment and lack of humanistic protection. This paper summarizes the corresponding measures system of protection and utilization of Fengyuan Street-Liwanhu Historic and Cultural Block, and puts forward specific planning countermeasures, so as to better continue its own historical context and adapt to the changes of the current era. Need to promote the sustainable development of historical and cultural blocks.
