川南鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)民居院落空間研究

【摘要】：本文以川南鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)民居院落空間為出發(fā)點(diǎn),追溯傳統(tǒng)民居院落中要素的起源,探尋川南鄉(xiāng)村民居院落空間的發(fā)展,通過地理與人文兩個(gè)方面總結(jié)川南鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)的地域文化條件,并總結(jié)出川南鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)民居院落空間對(duì)地域環(huán)境文化的適應(yīng)性。根據(jù)對(duì)川南鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)民居院落空間的實(shí)地調(diào)研,歸納成附錄表格,提出川南鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)院落的基本平面類型和使用功能歸納,根據(jù)空間的特性把院落空間分為空間界面和空間組成、空間布局等幾方面分別論述,明確川南鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)民居院落的空間形態(tài)和地域特點(diǎn)。通過分析傳統(tǒng)院落空間與限定要素:草木籬笆、墻、屋、廊、鋪地、高低等限定關(guān)系,根據(jù)分析分析空間界面材料和界面材料的構(gòu)筑方式等,明析院落空間的界面概念。通過對(duì)傳統(tǒng)院落空間布局、流線、視線感知等特點(diǎn)的描述成為后文提出空間更新手法的理論依據(jù)。最后把川南鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)民居院落調(diào)研中的兩個(gè)優(yōu)秀案例選取出來描寫,通過傳統(tǒng)院落民居與村民新自建民居細(xì)部作比較,歸納出川南鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)院落空間可以在新建民居中使用借鑒的方面。針對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村居民家庭生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變,例如人口結(jié)構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)方式、交往方式的改變等出發(fā),結(jié)合院落空間更新優(yōu)秀案例,從院落空間修復(fù)和轉(zhuǎn)譯兩個(gè)方面出發(fā),提出院落空間的更新策略,并且以這些策略出發(fā)分析了一個(gè)優(yōu)秀鄉(xiāng)村院落空間改造更新方式。最后作者對(duì)川南鄉(xiāng)村民居院落空間的研究進(jìn)行總結(jié),總結(jié)川南鄉(xiāng)村民居院落空間更新的原則,強(qiáng)調(diào)建筑師居民共同參與,局部緩慢更新而非全部推倒重建等原則,根據(jù)以上研究提出川南鄉(xiāng)村院落空間的更新手法,如空間滲透、實(shí)體抽空、對(duì)比融合、內(nèi)部分割等空間手法。論文的根基在于對(duì)川南鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)院落空間大量的實(shí)地調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上,有了實(shí)際現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。在調(diào)研中作者還發(fā)現(xiàn)了很多現(xiàn)實(shí)問題如晾曬占道、減少的壩壩龍門陣、車輛的停放等,明確了川南鄉(xiāng)村民居院落空間探討的價(jià)值和鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的矛盾問題。另一方面作者對(duì)優(yōu)秀案例進(jìn)行分析,寄希望在以后鄉(xiāng)村民居院落設(shè)計(jì)方面提供參考方法與原則,以達(dá)到對(duì)傳統(tǒng)民居院落空間特點(diǎn)文化傳承、復(fù)興、發(fā)揚(yáng)的目的。
[Abstract]:This paper starts from the courtyard space of rural traditional houses in southern Sichuan, traces the origin of the elements in the courtyard of traditional houses, and explores the development of courtyard space of rural houses in southern Sichuan. This paper sums up the regional cultural conditions in rural areas of southern Sichuan from the two aspects of geography and humanities, and sums up the adaptability of the courtyard space of rural traditional houses in rural areas of southern Sichuan to the regional environment and culture. According to the field investigation of rural traditional residential compound space in southern Sichuan, it is summarized into an appendix table, and the basic plane types and use functions of rural traditional courtyard in southern Sichuan are summarized. According to the characteristics of space, the courtyard space is divided into spatial interface, spatial composition, spatial layout and so on. The spatial form and regional characteristics of rural traditional residential compound in southern Sichuan are clarified. Based on the analysis of the limited relations between the traditional courtyard space and the limited elements, such as grass fence, wall, house, gallery, floor, height and so on, the concept of the interface of the courtyard space is analyzed according to the analysis of the construction method of the space interface material and the interface material. Through the description of the characteristics of the traditional courtyard space layout, streamline, line of sight perception and so on, it becomes the theoretical basis of the space renewal technique put forward later. Finally, two excellent cases in the investigation and study of rural traditional houses in southern Sichuan are selected and described. The details of traditional courtyard houses and villagers' new self-built houses are compared with each other. Summing up the rural traditional courtyard space in southern Sichuan can be used for reference in newly-built houses. In view of the changes in the family production structure of rural residents, such as the change of population structure, production mode, communication mode and so on, combining with the excellent cases of renewing the courtyard space, starting from the two aspects of the restoration and translation of the courtyard space, The renewal strategies of courtyard space are put forward, and an excellent renovation mode of rural courtyard space is analyzed based on these strategies. Finally, the author summarizes the research on the courtyard space of rural houses in southern Sichuan, summarizes the principles of the renewal of the courtyard space of rural houses in southern Sichuan, and emphasizes the principles of common participation of architects and residents, partial slow renewal rather than total demolition and reconstruction. According to the above research, the renewal methods of rural courtyard space in southern Sichuan are put forward, such as space infiltration, entity space extraction, contrast fusion, internal segmentation and so on. The foundation of this paper is a lot of field research on the courtyard space in rural areas of southern Sichuan, which has a practical basis. In the investigation, the author also found many practical problems, such as drying the road, reducing the dam gantry array, parking vehicles, and so on, and clarified the value of the discussion of rural residential courtyard space in southern Sichuan and the contradiction between rural construction and so on. On the other hand, the author analyzes the outstanding cases and hopes to provide reference methods and principles in the design of rural residential courtyard, in order to achieve the purpose of inheriting, reviving and carrying forward the space characteristics of traditional residential buildings.
