【摘要】：開展了核電廠屏蔽廠房雙鋼板混凝土組合剪力墻的結(jié)構(gòu)形式的10個縮尺試件低周往復(fù)擬靜力試驗,研究了鋼板厚度、栓釘間距、豎向荷載以及加勁肋設(shè)置等因素對雙鋼板混凝土組合剪力墻受彎承載力的影響。分析結(jié)果表明:鋼板厚度、豎向荷載和加勁肋的設(shè)置都對剪力墻的受彎承載力有很大的影響,而栓釘間距對其影響不大。采用ABAQUS有限元軟件對雙鋼板混凝土組合剪力墻試件進行了數(shù)值模擬,通過比較有限元計算結(jié)果和試驗結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者在受彎承載力上能夠較好吻合,但有限元計算得出的曲線沒有明顯的下降段。結(jié)合試驗和有限元數(shù)值模擬,提出了雙鋼板混凝土組合剪力墻受彎承載力的計算公式。研究為以后雙鋼板混凝土組合剪力墻的設(shè)計應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Ten low-cyclic pseudo-static tests were carried out on 10 scale specimens of double-steel-plate concrete composite shear wall in the shielding workshop of nuclear power plant. The effects of steel plate thickness, bolt spacing, vertical load and stiffening rib setting on the flexural capacity of double-steel-plate concrete composite shear wall were studied. Both directional load and stiffening rib have great influence on the flexural capacity of shear wall, but the spacing of bolts has little effect on it.The numerical simulation of the shear wall specimens with double steel plate and concrete composite is carried out by using ABAQUS finite element software.The results of finite element calculation and test show that the two methods are comparable in the flexural capacity. The results are in good agreement with each other, but the curves calculated by finite element method have no obvious descending section. Based on the experiment and finite element numerical simulation, the formulas for calculating the bending capacity of double-plate concrete composite shear wall are proposed.
