基于BIM技術(shù)的公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者溝通平臺(tái)研究

【摘要】:目前,我國公共項(xiàng)目正處于投資建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,為維護(hù)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)與社會(huì)和諧發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。公共項(xiàng)目涉及的利益相關(guān)者復(fù)雜而多元,致使公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者之間的溝通存在諸多問題。因此,為解決公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者之間溝通問題探索可行的途徑,構(gòu)建面向公共項(xiàng)目全生命周期的利益相關(guān)者溝通平臺(tái),擴(kuò)寬公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者溝通渠道,具有重要的研究意義。建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)理念用于解決建筑工程項(xiàng)目各參與方溝通問題,越來越被建筑行業(yè)各部門各專業(yè)以及國內(nèi)外研究學(xué)者關(guān)注和應(yīng)用,尤其是結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、利益相關(guān)者眾多的公共項(xiàng)目。BIM技術(shù)的核心是在建筑全生命周期內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑信息的轉(zhuǎn)換與共享,在該技術(shù)下應(yīng)用國際統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IFC協(xié)助構(gòu)建溝通平臺(tái)不僅能夠解決標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一造成的信息斷層、信息孤島等現(xiàn)象,也為公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者溝通提供了媒介和渠道,為解決公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者溝通不暢導(dǎo)致的工程質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、成本等問題指明了方向;谝陨涎芯勘尘芭c目的,綜合運(yùn)用利益相關(guān)者理論、BIM技術(shù)、國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IFC、軟件工程技術(shù)、文獻(xiàn)綜述、問卷調(diào)查、Mitchell打分等理論與方法,以解決公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者之間溝通問題為目標(biāo),以構(gòu)建基于BIM技術(shù)的公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者溝通平臺(tái)為中心展開研究。首先基于利益相關(guān)者理論運(yùn)用Mitchell打分法對公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者進(jìn)行識(shí)別與分類,將公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者劃分成主要利益相關(guān)者、次要利益相關(guān)者和邊緣利益相關(guān)者,并完成對主要利益相關(guān)者的特征分析,解決了公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者復(fù)雜多元不清晰的問題,為構(gòu)建溝通平臺(tái)奠定基礎(chǔ);其次根據(jù)公共項(xiàng)目的主要利益相關(guān)者及其特征完成對溝通平臺(tái)的專用功能和通用功能需求分析、功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式選擇以及商業(yè)邏輯布置等步驟,建立了公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者溝通平臺(tái)基本架構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)對公共項(xiàng)目溝通平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建,并結(jié)合IFC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā);最后對平臺(tái)功能模塊初步實(shí)現(xiàn),并結(jié)合實(shí)際工程案例驗(yàn)證基于BIM技術(shù)的公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者溝通平臺(tái)的可行性。論文的研究成果識(shí)別了公共項(xiàng)目的利益相關(guān)者,構(gòu)建了獨(dú)立的用于公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者之間的信息交流與分享的溝通平臺(tái),拓展了公共項(xiàng)目溝通的研究領(lǐng)域,豐富了平臺(tái)建設(shè)的研究成果,為提升公共項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)者之間溝通水平開拓了新的方向。
[Abstract]:At present, China's public projects are in the period of rapid development of investment and construction, which plays a vital role in maintaining social production and social harmony. There are many problems in communication between public project stakeholders because of the complexity and diversity of stakeholders involved in public projects. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of communication between stakeholders of public projects, we should explore the feasible ways to construct the platform of stakeholder communication for the whole life cycle of public projects, and expand the communication channels of stakeholders of public projects. It has important research significance. The idea of building information model (Building Information modeling is used to solve the problem of communication among the participants in construction projects. It has been paid more and more attention to and applied by various departments of the construction industry as well as domestic and foreign researchers, especially the complexity of the structure. The core of public project. BIM technology with many stakeholders is to realize the conversion and sharing of building information in the whole life cycle of building. Under this technology, the application of international unified standard IFC to help build communication platform can not only solve the information gap and information island caused by different standards, but also provide a medium and channel for public project stakeholders to communicate. In order to solve the problems of project quality, schedule and cost caused by poor communication between stakeholders of public projects, this paper points out the direction. Based on the above research background and purpose, the theories and methods of BIM technology, IFCstandard, software engineering technology, literature review, questionnaire survey and Mitchell scoring are used. The goal is to solve the problem of communication among stakeholders in public projects, and the research center is to construct a communication platform for stakeholders of public projects based on BIM technology. Firstly, based on stakeholder theory, Mitchell scoring method is used to identify and classify public project stakeholders, and public project stakeholders are divided into main stakeholders, secondary stakeholders and marginal stakeholders. And the characteristics of the main stakeholders are analyzed to solve the complex multiple unclear problems of public project stakeholders and lay the foundation for the construction of communication platform. Secondly, according to the main stakeholders and their characteristics of the public project, the special function and general function requirement analysis of the communication platform, the design of the function module, the selection of the network mode and the business logic arrangement are completed. The basic framework of public project stakeholder communication platform is established, and the public project communication platform is constructed, and the platform database is designed and developed in combination with IFC standard. Finally, the platform function module is implemented preliminarily. The feasibility of public project stakeholder communication platform based on BIM technology is verified by practical engineering cases. The research results of the paper identify the stakeholders of public projects, construct an independent communication platform for information exchange and sharing among stakeholders of public projects, and expand the research field of public project communication. It enriches the research results of platform construction and opens up a new direction for improving the communication level among stakeholders of public projects.
