【摘要】：在傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和工業(yè)化的迅猛推進,環(huán)境污染事件時有發(fā)生,生態(tài)環(huán)境不斷惡化,歷史遺存、傳統(tǒng)建筑等被無序改造和破壞,原住民的流失使得民風(fēng)民俗越來越雜。凡此種種,使得江南水鄉(xiāng)傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌逐漸被破壞,延續(xù)千百年的江南農(nóng)耕文化逐漸被蠶食。而新型城鎮(zhèn)化理念的適時提出,是從國家層面解決過去環(huán)境污染加劇、城鄉(xiāng)無序建設(shè)、傳統(tǒng)文化破壞等問題的有效途徑,有其歷史必然性。本文在深入分析新型城鎮(zhèn)化內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,著重研究了新型城鎮(zhèn)化與傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌保護之間的關(guān)系,并嘗試提出在此背景下的傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌保護框架。通過研究東山古鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌的主要特征要素及存在問題,提出規(guī)劃應(yīng)對策略,以期為東山古鎮(zhèn)江南水鄉(xiāng)傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌的保護,確立具體的保護方向和思路,并為今后相關(guān)研究提供一定的借鑒與參考。首先,本文從基本概念和理論研究入手,梳理了國內(nèi)外研究歷程和實踐經(jīng)驗。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過對新型城鎮(zhèn)化科學(xué)內(nèi)涵的解讀,著重分析了不同城鎮(zhèn)化背景下傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌保護之間的區(qū)別,提出了新型城鎮(zhèn)化下古鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌保護理念、保護重點、支撐體系和推進方式的轉(zhuǎn)向,并嘗試構(gòu)建了新型城鎮(zhèn)化下古鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌保護框架。其次,在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對東山古鎮(zhèn)江南水鄉(xiāng)傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌特征進行了詳細研究,并分析了古鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌保護所面臨的主要問題。在傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,古鎮(zhèn)空間格局日益遭到破壞,物質(zhì)遺存保護和傳統(tǒng)民居現(xiàn)狀堪憂,原住民的日益流失影響了傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承。最后,本文在“持續(xù)性、人本性、整體性、生態(tài)性”保護原則的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了“以居民為本,延續(xù)傳統(tǒng)生活;以生態(tài)為底,延續(xù)場所特征;以文化為魂,延續(xù)歷史文脈”的保護思路和規(guī)劃對策,通過政策措施的建議,保障了古鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌的永續(xù)保護。
[Abstract]:Under the background of traditional urbanization, with the rapid development of our economy and the rapid development of industrialization, environmental pollution incidents occur from time to time, ecological environment continues to deteriorate, historical relics, traditional buildings and so on are changed and destroyed disorderly. The loss of aboriginal people makes folk customs more and more complicated. All of these make the traditional style of Jiangnan Water Township gradually destroyed, and the farming culture of Jiangnan is gradually encroached on for thousands of years. The idea of new urbanization is an effective way to solve the problems of environmental pollution in the past, urban and rural disorderly construction, and the destruction of traditional culture at the national level, which has its historical inevitability. Based on the in-depth analysis of the connotation of new urbanization, this paper focuses on the relationship between new urbanization and the protection of traditional style and features, and tries to put forward the framework of traditional style and feature protection under this background. By studying the main characteristics and existing problems of Dongshan ancient town's traditional style and features, this paper puts forward some planning strategies, in order to protect the traditional style and features of Dongshan ancient town's Jiangnan water town, and establish the concrete protection direction and train of thought. And to provide some reference and reference for future related research. First of all, this paper starts with the basic concepts and theoretical research, combing the research process and practical experience at home and abroad. On this basis, through the interpretation of the scientific connotation of new-type urbanization, this paper analyzes the differences between the traditional style and features protection under different urbanization background, and puts forward the concept and key points of the protection of the traditional style and features of the old town under the new urbanization. The support system and propelling way turn, and try to construct the new urbanization under the old town traditional style protection frame. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research, this paper makes a detailed study on the characteristics of the traditional features of Jiangnan River Township in Dongshan ancient town, and analyzes the main problems faced by the protection of the ancient town's traditional style and features. Under the background of traditional urbanization, the spatial pattern of ancient towns has been destroyed day by day, the protection of material remains and the status quo of traditional houses are worrying. The increasing loss of indigenous people has affected the heritage of traditional culture. Finally, on the basis of the protection principle of "persistence, human nature, integrity and ecology", this paper puts forward that "taking the residents as the basis, continuing the traditional life, taking the ecology as the base, continuing the place characteristic, taking the culture as the soul," Through the suggestions of policies and measures, the sustainable protection of the traditional style and features of ancient towns is ensured.
