背散射電子圖像分析法在水泥基材料孔結(jié)構(gòu)研究中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:優(yōu)化了背散射電子圖像分析(BSE-IA)法在水泥基材料孔結(jié)構(gòu)研究中孔隙閾值的確定方法,以降低主觀因素影響,推導(dǎo)出統(tǒng)計所需圖像最少張數(shù)的計算公式,分析了孔隙閾值確定方法和圖像放大倍率對測試結(jié)果的影響,并將BSE-IA法與壓汞法(MIP)測得的孔隙率結(jié)果進行對比.結(jié)果表明:選用灰度面積累計分布曲線的二次導(dǎo)數(shù)來確定水泥凈漿孔隙閾值以及500倍背散射電子圖像統(tǒng)計出的結(jié)果較為合理,工作量適中,而BSE-IA法較MIP法測得的孔隙率小,但BSE-IA法可以直接觀察孔隙形態(tài)及分布,因此在表征水泥基材料孔結(jié)構(gòu)方面具有獨特優(yōu)勢.
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the influence of subjective factors, the method of determining the pore threshold in the study of the pore structure of cement based materials by BSE-IA method is optimized, and the formula for calculating the minimum number of images required for statistics is derived. The effect of pore threshold determination and image magnification on the test results was analyzed, and the porosity measured by BSE-IA method and mercury injection method (MIP) was compared. The results show that the second derivative of the cumulative distribution curve of gray area is used to determine the pore threshold of cement paste and the statistical results of 500 times backscatter electron image are reasonable, the workload is moderate, and the porosity measured by BSE-IA method is smaller than that by MIP method. However, BSE-IA method can directly observe the pore morphology and distribution, so it has a unique advantage in characterizing the pore structure of cement-based materials.
