飲用水PAC-UF深度處理技術分析

【摘要】:本文通過對陡河水質(zhì)的詳細分析,介紹了唐山地區(qū)地表水的水質(zhì)特點以及影響因素,并對陡河水進行混凝-沉淀預處理。通過探究PAC工藝和PAC-UF聯(lián)用技術對陡河水的深度處理實驗,詳細分析了深度處理技術及其影響因素。分析結果表明,陡河水體浮游生物種類較少,群落結構趨于簡單,TOC和氨氮值略超出Ⅱ類地表水質(zhì)指標,溶解氧略低于Ⅱ類地表水質(zhì)指標,屬于微污染狀況;混凝-沉淀預處理可降低陡河水的濁度、UV254、TOC和COD值。在活性炭的選擇上,200目的木質(zhì)粉末活性炭和椰殼粉末活性炭具備較好的吸附性能;以UV_(254)、COD_(Mn)、TOC、氨氮等檢測手段,來評價PAC對陡河原水中有機污染物的去除效果時,PAC的最佳投碳量的濃度約為40mg/L,吸附時間至少為50min;以硝基苯為例,探究了突發(fā)污染物硝基苯超標時,PAC的最佳投碳量和處理硝基苯所需的時間;探究了濁度、顆粒數(shù)、UV_(254)、COD_(Mn)、超濾進水p H、膜通量等因素對PAC-UF組合工藝運行效果的影響,確定了PAC過濾層的合理厚度應大于1.2m,濾速應小于5m·h~(-1),超濾進水p H值控制在7.0,采用較低的膜通量80L·m~(-2)·h~(-1)設計等工藝參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Through the detailed analysis of the water quality of the Douhe River, the characteristics of surface water quality in Tangshan area and the influencing factors are introduced, and the coagulation-sedimentation pretreatment of Douhe water is carried out. Through exploring the advanced treatment experiment of Douhe water by PAC process and PAC-UF technology, the advanced treatment technology and its influencing factors were analyzed in detail. The results showed that there were few plankton species in the water body of Douhe River, and the community structure tended to be simple, TOC and NH3-N values were slightly higher than those of class 鈪,
