新型輕鋼樓蓋靜力性能試驗(yàn)及設(shè)計(jì)方法研究
[Abstract]:Floor is an important part of structure. This paper presents a new type of light steel floor system suitable for various structural systems and meeting the requirements of the development of prefabricated buildings. In this paper, the experimental research, finite element analysis and theoretical analysis of the system are carried out, and the design and calculation method of the floor is obtained. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. Through the vertical static load test of composite floor, the different bearing capacity of floor specimens with different plane sizes and different keel cross-section openings are studied. The displacement and strain changes of the specimens are observed by means of displacement meters and strain gauges. Summarize the failure rule of the specimen. The ABAQUS finite element software is used to establish the floor model. The test results are compared and verified by the finite element simulation analysis, and the experimental design is supplemented. The ABAQUS finite element software is used to study the influencing factors of the bearing capacity of the new light steel floor structure system, which can affect the span, width and thickness of the floor, as well as the width of the floor, the width of the floor and the thickness of the floor. The influence factors of steel thickness and cross-section opening type of keel are discussed and the corresponding conclusion is obtained. This paper studies the design method of new light steel floor, deduces the deflection formula of floor in normal service stage, deduces the formula of flexural bearing capacity of floor under the limit state of bearing capacity, and summarizes the basic design rules of new light steel floor. Basic design requirements include design principles and construction provisions. In this paper, a new design method of light steel floor is put forward, which provides the basis for the application of new light steel floor system in engineering.
