【摘要】：我國擁有聞名于世的農(nóng)業(yè)文明史,然而在當(dāng)今的發(fā)展中由于受到各種原因的制約,鄉(xiāng)村與城市的差距越來越大,鄉(xiāng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后,人居環(huán)境較差。目前,為了縮短城鄉(xiāng)差距,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,我國提出了“城鄉(xiāng)一體化”的建設(shè)發(fā)展思路,著力推動社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。筆者生長于泰州里下河鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū),近年來切身體會到了家鄉(xiāng)發(fā)生的巨大變化。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的快速發(fā)展,鄉(xiāng)村的生活方式、人居環(huán)境都在迅速發(fā)展演變,如何在這迅速的發(fā)展變化中找出鄉(xiāng)村聚落、住宅的發(fā)展規(guī)律,如何在今后的鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)中更好的滿足人們的生活需求及延續(xù)當(dāng)?shù)氐牡赜蛱厣潜疚牡闹黝}。本論文主要從宏觀和微觀二個層次展開研究工作,宏觀層次上的研究工作主要分為二個方面:一方面是對影響鄉(xiāng)村聚落、住宅發(fā)展演變的因素展開分析,主要包括該地區(qū)的自然地理和社會人文環(huán)境,只有系統(tǒng)的了解了研究區(qū)域的自然、社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)背景,才能更好的理解鄉(xiāng)村聚落、住宅背后的發(fā)展演變機(jī)制;另一方面則借助類型學(xué)和結(jié)構(gòu)主義的方法對該地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村聚落的形態(tài)、類型及其空間結(jié)構(gòu)展開具體的研究工作,并通過結(jié)合實地調(diào)研工作和相關(guān)方面的資料來探討影響鄉(xiāng)村聚落各階段發(fā)展演變的具體因素。微觀層次上主要是對鄉(xiāng)村住宅單體展開研究,通過對泰州里下河地區(qū)15戶不同時期不同類型的鄉(xiāng)村住宅進(jìn)行測繪、拍照、訪談等工作,了解不同建筑類型、室內(nèi)布局和與之相對應(yīng)的生活行為方式,分析鄉(xiāng)村住宅發(fā)展演變背后的動機(jī)以及對人們的生活方式帶來的影響。最后根據(jù)以上的研究對鄉(xiāng)村聚落和住宅的發(fā)展提出合理的建議,希望在今后的發(fā)展中鄉(xiāng)村聚落、住宅既能延續(xù)當(dāng)?shù)氐牡赜蛱厣?又來更好的滿足人們的生活需求。
[Abstract]:China has a famous history of agricultural civilization. However, due to various reasons, the gap between rural and urban areas is increasing, rural infrastructure construction lags behind, and the living environment is poor. At present, in order to shorten the gap between urban and rural areas and realize sustainable development, China has put forward the idea of "urban-rural integration" construction and development, and put forth great efforts to promote the construction of new socialist countryside. Growing up in the rural area of Lixiahe, Taizhou, I have experienced the great changes in my hometown in recent years. With the rapid development of economy and society, the way of life in the countryside and the living environment are all developing rapidly. How to find out the law of the development of rural settlements and houses in this rapid development and change, The theme of this paper is how to better meet people's living needs and continue the local characteristics in the future rural construction. The research work in this paper is mainly divided into two aspects: one is to analyze the factors that affect the development of rural settlements and the evolution of housing development. Mainly includes the natural geography and the social humanities environment in this area. Only by systematically understanding the natural, social and economic background of the research area, can we better understand the development and evolution mechanism behind the rural settlements and houses; On the other hand, with the help of typology and structuralism, the form, type and spatial structure of rural settlements in this area are studied. The specific factors influencing the development and evolution of rural settlements in different stages are discussed by combining field research and related data. At the micro level, it mainly studies the individual of rural residence, through mapping, photographing and interviewing 15 rural houses in different periods in the Lixiahe area of Taizhou, to understand the different types of buildings. The interior layout and the corresponding life style are analyzed, and the motive behind the development of rural residence and its influence on people's life style are analyzed. Finally, according to the above research on the development of rural settlements and housing put forward reasonable suggestions, hoping that the future development of rural settlements, housing can not only continue the local characteristics, but also better to meet the needs of people's lives.
