【摘要】：環(huán)境景觀對(duì)醫(yī)療效果具有支持作用。營建有助于患者康復(fù)的醫(yī)院戶外環(huán)境,首先需要科學(xué)化、定量化地構(gòu)建醫(yī)院戶外環(huán)境綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系。選擇江蘇省南京市5所三甲綜合醫(yī)院作為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊評(píng)價(jià)法構(gòu)建了醫(yī)院戶外環(huán)境綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系。結(jié)果顯示:功能性指標(biāo)最為重要,權(quán)重值為0.557 1,其中環(huán)境安全性權(quán)重值最高,達(dá)0.456 6;適宜性指標(biāo)中聲環(huán)境、風(fēng)環(huán)境和光環(huán)境等"軟"要素的權(quán)重值最高,分別為0.365 0,0.255 3和0.182 9;觀賞性指標(biāo)中,綠視率的指標(biāo)重要值最高,為0.532 7,遠(yuǎn)高于其他指標(biāo)。根據(jù)上述戶外環(huán)境綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系,得到樣本醫(yī)院環(huán)境品質(zhì)的等級(jí)隸屬度,顯示出南京地區(qū)綜合醫(yī)院住院部戶外環(huán)境總體品質(zhì)層次不高。研究表明,采用定量化、綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行戶外環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)更為科學(xué)、客觀,對(duì)醫(yī)院戶外環(huán)境建設(shè)更具指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The environment landscape has the support function to the medical effect. In order to construct the hospital outdoor environment which is helpful to the rehabilitation of patients, it is necessary to construct the comprehensive evaluation system of hospital outdoor environment quantitatively and scientifically. Five hospitals in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, were selected as the research objects, and the comprehensive evaluation system of hospital outdoor environment was constructed by using AHP and fuzzy evaluation method. The results show that the functional index is the most important, the weight value is 0.557 1, among which the environmental safety weight is the highest (0.456 6), and the "soft" factors, such as sound environment, wind environment and light environment, have the highest weight value in the suitability index, such as sound environment, wind environment and light environment, etc. Among the ornamental indexes, the important value of green vision rate was 0.532 7, which was much higher than that of other indexes. According to the above outdoor environment comprehensive evaluation system, the grade membership degree of the environmental quality of the sample hospital is obtained, which shows that the overall outdoor environment quality level of the inpatient department of the general hospital in Nanjing area is not high. The research shows that the comprehensive evaluation system is more scientific and objective and has more guiding significance to hospital outdoor environment construction.
