銅陵土灶館餐飲空間設計

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,人們對生活的品質要求越來越高,對就餐環(huán)境的要求也越來越高,更多的人愿意選擇餐廳作為家庭聚餐,招待賓客,商務洽談的場所。在這種潮流下,餐飲空間迎來了快速發(fā)展的時期,在這快速發(fā)展的階段,我們更應該擺脫千篇一律的奢華的空間設計形式,做出具有地方特色的餐飲空間設計。目前具有地域性文化特征的餐廳備受人們的喜愛,因此如何將地域文化元素巧妙的運用進餐飲空間設計中,在滿足功能需求的同時還表達出與地方文化環(huán)境和自然環(huán)境的融合,是地域性特色餐廳空間設計最重要的部分。本次在實際項目銅陵土灶館餐廳的設計中,我們將餐廳定位為地域性特色餐廳。在前期考察調研中,我們了解了國內的相關餐飲空間設計的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展狀況。認識到現(xiàn)在我國地域性文化特色餐廳所面臨的問題,并進行了分析。對安徽銅陵市的地理位置、生態(tài)環(huán)境進行了區(qū)位分析。深入了解其地域文化特征,人文背景,空間環(huán)境等特色內容。提煉出地域性設計元素,并貫徹徽派設計風格的規(guī)整統(tǒng)一,樸素簡約。通過燈光、傳統(tǒng)裝飾材料、色彩和地域文化元素的合理搭配設計出地域性特色餐廳的獨特之處,體現(xiàn)與自然相融合的藝術美感,達到現(xiàn)代人對餐廳的審美要求和精神文化層次的需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, people have higher and higher demands on the quality of life and the dining environment. More and more people are willing to choose the restaurant as a place for family dinner, hospitality and business negotiation. In this trend, catering space ushered in a period of rapid development, in this stage of rapid development, we should get rid of the same luxury space design form, to make the restaurant space design with local characteristics. At present, restaurants with regional cultural characteristics are popular among people, so how to apply the elements of regional culture to the design of dining space skillfully, and to express the fusion with the local cultural environment and natural environment while meeting the functional needs. It is the most important part of regional restaurant space design. In the actual project design of Tongling Tuzhao Restaurant, we positioned the restaurant as a regional restaurant. In the early investigation and investigation, we understand the current situation and development of food space design in China. This paper recognizes the problems faced by restaurants with regional cultural characteristics in our country and analyzes them. The location and ecological environment of Tongling City, Anhui Province are analyzed. Deeply understand its regional cultural characteristics, humanistic background, spatial environment and other features. Abstract the regional design elements, and carry out the design style of Huizhou, simple and simple. Through the reasonable collocation of lighting, traditional decorative materials, colors and regional cultural elements, the unique features of regional restaurants are designed to reflect the artistic aesthetic feeling that combines with nature. To achieve the modern restaurant aesthetic requirements and spiritual and cultural levels of demand.
