水泥土無側(cè)限壓縮的聲發(fā)射信號特性

【摘要】:為研究水泥土在無側(cè)限壓縮過程中的聲發(fā)射信號特性,利用聲發(fā)射技術(shù)對水泥土的無側(cè)限壓縮過程進行全程監(jiān)測。通過對水泥土力學特性參數(shù)進行分析,得到水泥土在無側(cè)限壓縮下應力隨時間的變化過程大致分為四個階段;同時運用聲發(fā)射特性參數(shù)分析法對水泥土試件的聲發(fā)射信號參數(shù)經(jīng)歷圖和分布圖進行分析,得出水泥土壓縮過程中各聲發(fā)射特性參數(shù)也大致分為四個階段,每個階段與力學特性參數(shù)各階段基本相一致。通過對聲發(fā)射信號特征參數(shù)的四個通道分析和對比各通道傳感器處試件受破壞后的試驗實圖,驗證了聲發(fā)射信號參數(shù)能準確反映材料的破壞程度,為以后用聲發(fā)射技術(shù)預報、檢測結(jié)構(gòu)破壞過程和破壞程度提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the characteristics of acoustic emission (AE) signals of cement-soil in the process of unconfined compression, acoustic emission (AE) technology was used to monitor the whole process of unconfined compression of cement-soil. By analyzing the mechanical properties of cement-soil, it is found that the stress variation process of cement-soil under unconfined compression is divided into four stages. At the same time, acoustic emission characteristic parameter analysis method is used to analyze the acoustic emission signal parameter experience diagram and distribution diagram of cement soil specimen, and it is concluded that each acoustic emission characteristic parameter of cement soil compression process is also roughly divided into four stages. Each stage is basically consistent with the mechanical characteristic parameters. By analyzing the characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signals in four channels and comparing the experimental images of the specimens with different channels of sensors, it is verified that the parameters of acoustic emission signals can accurately reflect the damage degree of materials, which can be used to predict the damage degree of materials in the future by means of acoustic emission technology. The damage process and damage degree of the structure are tested.
