【摘要】：變徑毛細(xì)管是一種用于家用熱泵的低成本節(jié)流裝置,其非對(duì)稱結(jié)構(gòu)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)正反兩個(gè)流向的流量不同,從而可以滿足熱泵系統(tǒng)制冷和制熱所需的流量。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)變徑毛細(xì)管工程設(shè)計(jì),開(kāi)發(fā)了變徑毛細(xì)管流量的關(guān)聯(lián)式。通過(guò)構(gòu)建變徑毛細(xì)管等效管徑和等效管長(zhǎng)計(jì)算公式并代入等徑毛細(xì)管關(guān)聯(lián)式,得到了變徑毛細(xì)管流量的關(guān)聯(lián)式的公式形式;通過(guò)數(shù)值計(jì)算模型產(chǎn)生用于擬合關(guān)聯(lián)式系數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)源。開(kāi)發(fā)的變徑毛細(xì)管流量關(guān)聯(lián)式可計(jì)算變徑毛細(xì)管正向和反向的制冷劑流量以及傳統(tǒng)的等徑毛細(xì)管的流量。開(kāi)發(fā)關(guān)聯(lián)式能很好地預(yù)測(cè)變徑毛細(xì)管在不同工況下制冷劑流量的變化趨勢(shì),預(yù)測(cè)93%實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)的精度在10%以內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:Variable diameter capillary tube is a kind of low cost throttling device used in domestic heat pump. Its asymmetric structure can realize the difference of flow rate between positive and negative flow direction, so it can meet the need of refrigeration and heating in heat pump system. In order to realize the engineering design of variable diameter capillary, the correlation formula of variable diameter capillary flow is developed. By constructing the formula of equivalent diameter and length of variable diameter capillary and substituting the correlation formula of equal diameter capillary, the formula of flow rate correlation of variable diameter capillary is obtained. The data source for fitting the correlation coefficient is generated by the numerical calculation model. The developed variable diameter capillary flow correlation can calculate both the forward and reverse refrigerant flow in the variable diameter capillary and the flow rate of the traditional equal diameter capillary. The development of correlation formula can well predict the change trend of refrigerant flow in variable diameter capillary under different working conditions, and predict the accuracy of 93% experimental data points within 10%.
