HF建設集團JD項目進度控制研究

【摘要】:一個項目是由眾多的環(huán)節(jié)和過程構(gòu)成的,一個項目的完成離不開每一個環(huán)節(jié)之間的溝通與銜接,對于項目本身來說,最關(guān)鍵的就是項目的實施,也就是項目的施工階段。項目從設計到施工需要綜合考慮到全方面的因素,項目的施工階段主要包括:管理、監(jiān)督、控制等,每一個環(huán)節(jié)都是一個個體,這些個體與個體之間又是相互聯(lián)系,相互融合的,進而構(gòu)成了整個施工階段的整體。施工每一個環(huán)節(jié)戰(zhàn)略目標的實現(xiàn)都需要進行嚴格的管理與控制,保證戰(zhàn)略質(zhì)量,保證戰(zhàn)略工期。在施工過程中,所面對的是現(xiàn)實的復雜因素,因此常常會受到許多不確定性因素的影響,為了使項目能夠正常運轉(zhuǎn)就需要結(jié)合現(xiàn)實環(huán)境對項目戰(zhàn)略計劃進行及時的調(diào)整,使計劃在保證質(zhì)量和工期的情況下能夠安全順利地進行。資源的供給,資金的利用,人員的調(diào)度等都應當有序有效地進行,采用合適的方法進行管理與控制,從而實現(xiàn)最終的項目目標。本文的研究對象是JD項目,本文對JD項目的實施進行了具體研究和分析,在研究過程中主要采用了定量分析、定性分析、案例分析、數(shù)據(jù)測量等方法。第一章:緒論。對選題的研究進行了具體的介紹,包括:選題背景、研究作用、國內(nèi)外的研究方法、創(chuàng)新思路等。第二章:理論闡述。運用相關(guān)科學理論對項目控制進行了具體的闡述,介紹了項目控制的概念和意義,并對深入分析了項目控制原理。第三章:HF建設集團JD項目進度控制現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。初步介紹了 HF建設集團JD項目,對該項目的戰(zhàn)略目標和戰(zhàn)略要求進行具體分析,對項目實施的全過程進行研究與調(diào)查,分析該項目在施工過程中所存在的問題和潛在隱患,并提出該項目進度的具體影響因素。第四章:提升HF建設集團JD項目進度控制的對策。通過對HF建設集團JD項目進度的研究,將該項目的整個施工過程進行合理分解,分解為相互連接、相互交融的小環(huán)節(jié),對每一個環(huán)節(jié)的計劃、工作與目標等進行具體的部署,并將工作分配到個人,同時對該項目進度所存在的問題進行進一步探討,提出解決建議,制定解決方案。第五章:JD項目進度控制的保障措施。通過之前一系列的分析與研究之后提出保障項目進度的方法與方案,確保項目進度的正常運行,保證項目如期完工。第六章:結(jié)論。對全文的研究進行總結(jié),對未來的工作進行展望。
[Abstract]:A project is composed of many links and processes. The completion of a project can not be separated from the communication and convergence between each link. For the project itself, the most important thing is the implementation of the project, that is, the construction phase of the project. From design to construction, the project needs to take into account all aspects of factors. The construction stage of the project mainly includes: management, supervision, control, etc. Each link is an individual, and these individuals are interlinked with each other. The integration of each other, and then constitute the whole construction phase. The realization of strategic objectives in every link of construction requires strict management and control to ensure strategic quality and strategic duration. In the process of construction, what is faced with is the complex factors of reality, so it is often affected by many uncertain factors. In order to make the project run normally, it is necessary to adjust the strategic plan of the project in time according to the real environment. To ensure the quality and duration of the project can be carried out safely and smoothly. The supply of resources, the utilization of funds and the scheduling of personnel should be carried out in an orderly and effective manner, and the appropriate methods should be adopted to manage and control the project so as to achieve the final project objectives. The research object of this paper is JD project. This paper has carried on the concrete research and the analysis to the JD project implementation, in the research process has mainly adopted the quantitative analysis, the qualitative analysis, the case analysis, the data measurement and so on. Chapter one: introduction. The research on the topic is introduced, including: the background of the topic, the role of the research, research methods at home and abroad, innovative ideas and so on. Chapter two: theoretical explanation. This paper introduces the concept and significance of project control, and analyzes the principle of project control deeply. Chapter 3: status quo and existing problems of JD Project schedule Control in the Group of Construction of: HF. This paper introduces the JD project of HF Construction Group, analyzes the strategic objectives and strategic requirements of the project, studies and investigates the whole process of the implementation of the project, and analyzes the problems and potential dangers existing in the construction process of the project. The specific influencing factors of the progress of the project are also put forward. Chapter four: countermeasures to improve JD project schedule control of HF Construction Group. Through the research on the progress of JD project of HF Construction Group, the whole construction process of the project is decomposed into small links connected and intermingled with each other, and the plan, work and target of each link are concretely deployed. At the same time, the problems existing in the progress of the project are further discussed, suggestions are put forward and solutions are formulated. Chapter 5: safeguard measures of JD project schedule control. After a series of analysis and research, the paper puts forward the methods and schemes to guarantee the progress of the project, to ensure the normal operation of the project and to ensure the completion of the project on schedule. Chapter six: conclusion. The full text of the study is summarized, and the future work is prospected.
