【摘要】：以在寒冷地區(qū)建造一座跨度800 m城市穹頂為設定工程背景,研究該穹頂雙層網殼結構的靜力及穩(wěn)定性能。對凱威特型平行弦三向交叉桁架球面網殼、凱威特型角錐球面網殼、凱威特型角錐懸鏈面網殼以及短程線型角錐球面網殼四種方案在相同荷載、相同幾何參數條件下的結構性能進行研究,對結構跨度、矢跨比、結構厚度、網格徑向分割數、支承方式以及材料強度等參數進行了600余個算例分析,得到結構剛度、穩(wěn)定性、經濟性等指標隨上述參數的變化規(guī)律,同時給出了各種結構方案的桿件截面尺寸。研究表明,凱威特型與短程線型網殼適合于跨度800 m結構,其中凱威特型角錐球面網殼結構性能相對較優(yōu)。該研究成果可為超大跨度網殼結構方案的選型提供參考。
[Abstract]:Taking the construction of a 800 m span urban dome in the cold region as the setting engineering background, the static and stability properties of the double-layer reticulated dome structure are studied. For the Carvette parallel chord three-direction cross truss spherical latticed shell, the Kewett type angular catenary reticulated shell and the short-range linear angular cone spherical reticulated shell are subjected to the same load. The performance of the structure under the same geometric parameters is studied. The structural span, the ratio of vector to span, the thickness of the structure, the radial partition number of the mesh, the supporting mode and the strength of the material are analyzed by more than 600 examples, and the structural stiffness and stability are obtained. The changes of economy and other indexes with the above parameters are also given, and the cross section sizes of various structural schemes are also given. The results show that the Cabernet and short-range latticed shells are suitable for the 800 m span structure, among which the Kewett type spherical reticulated shell with angular cone is relatively superior in performance. The research results can provide a reference for the selection of large-span latticed shell structure.
