建筑運(yùn)行節(jié)能控制仿真及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:建筑節(jié)能是建筑可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一大研究熱點(diǎn)。然而建筑一旦建成,建筑能耗和建筑運(yùn)行狀態(tài)密切相關(guān)。因此,開(kāi)展建筑運(yùn)行節(jié)能控制研究對(duì)建筑節(jié)能降耗具有重要的作用。本文從分析建筑運(yùn)行能耗的影響因素入手,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容涉及建筑運(yùn)行能耗建模與仿真、影響因素分析、節(jié)能運(yùn)行控制策略等方面。主要工作如下:首先,綜述了建筑能耗模擬與分析的現(xiàn)狀,闡述了研究建筑運(yùn)行節(jié)能控制的目的及意義,指出建筑節(jié)能運(yùn)行控制系統(tǒng)能夠在保證室內(nèi)舒適度的情況下,盡可能的降低室內(nèi)的建筑能耗,研究建筑運(yùn)行控制策略是保證建筑節(jié)能運(yùn)行控制的根本,并對(duì)本文的主要工作做了簡(jiǎn)介。其次,基于EnergyPlus建立了建筑能耗仿真模型,研究了不同影響因素對(duì)建筑能耗的作用情況。分析主要從兩個(gè)層面進(jìn)行,第一是研究單個(gè)房間的不同因素對(duì)于運(yùn)行能耗的影響,主要分析了人員、空調(diào)、天氣、設(shè)備數(shù)量、設(shè)備類型、設(shè)備運(yùn)行時(shí)間等;第二是研究整棟建筑層面上的不同因素對(duì)運(yùn)行能耗的影響,主要涉及墻體耦合、陰影、墻體的材料等。再次,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了基于EnergyPlus+MATLAB的建筑能耗聯(lián)合仿真平臺(tái)。為解決先進(jìn)控制算法和建筑能耗模擬的融合問(wèn)題,通過(guò)利用MATLAB的GUI開(kāi)發(fā)了基于EnergyPlus+MATLAB的聯(lián)合仿真平臺(tái),完成了聯(lián)合仿真平臺(tái)界面設(shè)計(jì)和后臺(tái)調(diào)用功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了EnergyPlus與MATLAB的同時(shí)調(diào)用。該平臺(tái)所進(jìn)行的建筑運(yùn)行節(jié)能控制仿真,建筑能耗模擬依靠EnergyPlus實(shí)現(xiàn),控制算法和復(fù)雜計(jì)算在MATLAB中進(jìn)行,充分發(fā)揮了兩大軟件的優(yōu)勢(shì),為實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑運(yùn)行的智能控制仿真驗(yàn)證奠定了基礎(chǔ)。最后,在所建立的建筑能耗聯(lián)合仿真平臺(tái)上,提出了基于模型預(yù)測(cè)控制的建筑運(yùn)行節(jié)能控制方法。通過(guò)建立建筑能耗模型,調(diào)用建筑文件以及控制算法文件,配置輸入和輸出參數(shù),采用模型預(yù)測(cè)控制算法使室內(nèi)溫度能夠維持在相對(duì)舒適的區(qū)間,實(shí)現(xiàn)了建筑運(yùn)行節(jié)能控制。本文研究工作層次遞進(jìn),從建立建筑能耗模型開(kāi)始,繼而開(kāi)展了建筑運(yùn)行能耗影響因素分析,然后為了實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑運(yùn)行節(jié)能控制開(kāi)發(fā)搭建了基于EnergyPlus+Matlab的建筑能耗聯(lián)合仿真平臺(tái),最后提出了一種基于模型預(yù)測(cè)控制的建筑運(yùn)行智能控制策略。這些研究工作對(duì)建筑能耗模擬和節(jié)能控制等具有較好地借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Building energy conservation is one of the research hotspots in the sustainable development of buildings. However, once the building is built, building energy consumption is closely related to the operation state of the building. Therefore, the research of building operation energy saving control plays an important role in building energy saving and consumption reduction. This paper begins with the analysis of the influencing factors of building operation energy consumption. The main research contents are related to the modeling and simulation of building operation energy consumption, the analysis of influence factors, the operation control strategy of energy saving, and so on. The main work is as follows: firstly, the paper summarizes the current situation of building energy consumption simulation and analysis, expounds the purpose and significance of research on building operation energy saving control, and points out that building energy saving operation control system can ensure indoor comfort. As far as possible to reduce indoor building energy consumption, the study of building operation control strategy is the fundamental to ensure the building energy saving operation control, and the main work of this paper has been briefly introduced. Secondly, the simulation model of building energy consumption is established based on Energy Plus, and the effect of different factors on building energy consumption is studied. The analysis is mainly carried out from two aspects. The first is to study the influence of different factors of a single room on the operation energy consumption, mainly analyzes the personnel, air conditioning, weather, equipment quantity, equipment type, equipment running time and so on; The second is to study the influence of different factors on the operation energy consumption of the whole building, including wall coupling, shadow, wall material and so on. Thirdly, the building energy consumption joint simulation platform based on Energy Plus MATLAB is designed and developed. In order to solve the problem of fusion of advanced control algorithm and building energy consumption simulation, a joint simulation platform based on EnergyPlus MATLAB is developed by using MATLAB GUI. The interface design and background call function of the joint simulation platform are completed, and the simultaneous call between EnergyPlus and MATLAB is realized. The simulation of building energy saving control based on this platform is realized by EnergyPlus, and the control algorithm and complex calculation are carried out in MATLAB, which brings into full play the advantages of the two softwares. It lays a foundation for intelligent control simulation verification of building operation. Finally, based on the building energy consumption simulation platform, a building operation energy-saving control method based on model predictive control is proposed. Building energy consumption models, building files and control algorithm files, input and output parameters are configured, and the indoor temperature can be maintained in a relatively comfortable range by using the model predictive control algorithm, thus the building operation energy saving control is realized. This paper starts with building energy consumption model, then analyzes the factors influencing building energy consumption, and then builds a building energy consumption simulation platform based on Energy Plus Matlab for building operation energy saving control development. Finally, a building operation intelligent control strategy based on model predictive control is proposed. These researches can be used for reference for building energy consumption simulation and energy saving control.
