【摘要】：目前,我國(guó)許多城市都在進(jìn)行大范圍的舊城更新與新城建設(shè),城市在快速建設(shè)之時(shí)也伴隨著空間結(jié)構(gòu)秩序混亂、形象趨同等不良現(xiàn)象的涌現(xiàn)。長(zhǎng)春在近些年的發(fā)展與建設(shè)中同樣也出現(xiàn)了這些不良傾向,面對(duì)這些問(wèn)題加強(qiáng)對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃與建設(shè)就顯得尤為重要。本文以城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)作為切入點(diǎn),以長(zhǎng)春市城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象。基于對(duì)城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)概念與相關(guān)理論的研究,形成城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)理論,并在深入分析長(zhǎng)春市城市地標(biāo)現(xiàn)狀與存在問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)理論對(duì)其進(jìn)行規(guī)劃探索,嘗試尋找建設(shè)長(zhǎng)春市現(xiàn)代化城市空間形象的有效途徑。本文分為四部分,第一部分提出課題研究背景、研究目的和意義以及研究?jī)?nèi)容與方法,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀及優(yōu)秀案例進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié)。第二部分是理論匯總,通過(guò)對(duì)城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)概念界定及相關(guān)理論梳理與研究,分析了城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)形成原因與影響因素,并從空間、層級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)與形象特征三個(gè)方面對(duì)城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)理論進(jìn)行研究與總結(jié)。第三部分是研究對(duì)象分析,揭示長(zhǎng)春市城市地標(biāo)發(fā)展歷程,并對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市城市地標(biāo)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研與整理,從空間、層級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)以及形象特征三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題。第四部分是規(guī)劃探索,針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,結(jié)合城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)理論對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)空間進(jìn)行概念規(guī)劃,建立城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)層級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)體系,并塑造長(zhǎng)春市城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)形象特征。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)對(duì)于城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)方面的研究涉獵較少,且長(zhǎng)春市尚沒(méi)有針對(duì)這方面的研究與規(guī)劃,本文不僅僅是對(duì)城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)理論方面的研究,更是開(kāi)創(chuàng)性的對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市的城市地標(biāo)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃探索,對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市形象改善、特色塑造、城市發(fā)展建設(shè)以及綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升擁有重要意義。
[Abstract]:At present, many cities in our country are carrying on the large-scale old city renewal and the new city construction, the city is also accompanied by the spatial structure disorder, the image convergence and so on bad phenomenon emerges in the rapid construction time. Changchun has also appeared these bad tendencies in the development and construction of recent years. Facing these problems, it is particularly important to strengthen the planning and construction of Changchun's urban landmark system. This paper takes the city landmark system as the breakthrough point and Changchun city landmark system as the research object. Based on the study of the related concepts and theories of the urban landmarks system, the theory of the urban landmarks system is formed, and on the basis of the in-depth analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the Changchun city landmarks, Based on the theory of urban landmark system, this paper attempts to find an effective way to construct the modern city space image of Changchun. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part puts forward the research background, research purpose and significance, research contents and methods, and analyzes and summarizes the current research situation and outstanding cases of urban landmarks system at home and abroad. The second part is a theoretical summary, through the definition of urban landmarks system related concepts and related theories combing and research, analyzed the formation of urban landmarks system and influencing factors, and from the space, The theory of urban landmarks system is studied and summarized in three aspects: hierarchical structure and image characteristics. The third part is the research object analysis, reveals the Changchun city landmarks development course, and carries on the investigation and the arrangement to the Changchun city landmarks present situation, from the space, the hierarchy structure and the image characteristic three aspects carries on the analysis. Summarize the problems existing in the present situation. The fourth part is planning exploration, aiming at the problems existing in the present situation, combining theory with practice, combining the theory of urban landmark system to carry on the concept planning to Changchun city land mark system space, establish the hierarchy structure system of the city land mark system. And shape Changchun City Landmark system image features. At present, there are few researches on the urban landmark system in our country, and Changchun has not been studied and planned for this aspect. This paper is not only a research on the theory of urban landmarks system. It is also a groundbreaking exploration of Changchun's urban landmark system, which is of great significance to the improvement of Changchun's image, the shaping of its characteristics, the construction of urban development and the promotion of its comprehensive competitiveness.
