【摘要】："多規(guī)合一"工作中的各類基礎(chǔ)地理信息、規(guī)劃成果大多存在于異構(gòu)的地理信息系統(tǒng)中,且具有多時態(tài)、多格式等特征,不利于進行數(shù)據(jù)共享、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等操作,迫切需要實現(xiàn)空間數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)一規(guī)范,共享和處理功能互操作。本文通過研究廣州市開展的"三規(guī)合一"、"多規(guī)合一"工作實踐,探討如何通過高效的時空信息聚合,促進時空信息共享與互操作,推動"多規(guī)合一"成果共享應(yīng)用;同時,結(jié)合城市空間管理需求,探討空間管控的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容,合理分配各專項規(guī)劃中的用地指標,提升城市空間管控水平。
[Abstract]:Most of the basic geographic information in the "multi compliance" work, most of the planning results exist in the heterogeneous geographic information system, and has the characteristics of multi temporal and multi format. It is not conducive to data sharing, data mining and other operations. It is urgent to realize the unified specification of spatial data, sharing and processing functional interoperability. This article through the study of Guangzhou The "three rules" and "multi regulation" work practice in the city, discuss how to promote the sharing and interoperation of spatio-temporal information through efficient time and space information aggregation, and promote the sharing and application of "multi regulation one". At the same time, the key content of spatial management and control is discussed, and the target of land use in the special planning is rationally distributed. Increase the level of urban space control.
