【摘要】：隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程得以加速,城市中建筑物大規(guī)模建設(shè),建筑業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè)在繁榮的同時(shí)也造成了能源和資源死亡大量消耗及浪費(fèi),城市的能源消耗和環(huán)境污染,嚴(yán)重威脅著人類(lèi)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。為應(yīng)對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,世界各國(guó)相繼開(kāi)展了節(jié)能環(huán)保研究工作,提出"綠色建筑"理念,建立了綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系,作為公共建筑類(lèi)型之一的醫(yī)療建筑,它的發(fā)展也得到人們?cè)絹?lái)越多的關(guān)注。醫(yī)療建筑功能性需求復(fù)雜,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)千篇一律,只看重功能作用,而忽視了人性化建設(shè)。隨著醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)增多及擴(kuò)大,原有的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)不能滿足先進(jìn)的醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)和設(shè)備的需求,也不能滿足人們對(duì)就醫(yī)環(huán)境的要求。營(yíng)造良好的就醫(yī)環(huán)境,首先需要醫(yī)療建筑因地制宜,符合安全、衛(wèi)生、經(jīng)濟(jì)、適用、節(jié)能、環(huán)保等方面的要求,其次統(tǒng)籌考慮并正確處理醫(yī)療功能與建筑功能之間的關(guān)系,全方面滿足醫(yī)護(hù) 一人員與患者的需求。本文通過(guò)對(duì)綠色建筑和醫(yī)療建筑的研究,闡述其設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)和方法,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色醫(yī)療建筑進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析,結(jié)合例舉獲得山東省二星級(jí)綠色建筑標(biāo)識(shí)的醫(yī)療建筑在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中如何進(jìn)行"綠色"設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)運(yùn)用,歸納總結(jié)綠色醫(yī)療建筑建設(shè)的設(shè)計(jì)、選材、施工的原則及方法,為推進(jìn)醫(yī)療建筑的綠色化建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, the process of urbanization has been accelerated, the large-scale construction of buildings in the city, the construction industry and the real estate industry have also caused a great deal of consumption and waste of energy and resources. Energy consumption and environmental pollution in cities threaten the sustainable development of human beings. In order to deal with these problems, countries all over the world have carried out energy conservation and environmental protection research work one after another, put forward the concept of "green building", established the evaluation system of green building, as one of the types of public building, medical building. Its development also gets more and more attention. The functional requirements of medical architecture are complex, the design is uniform, only the function is emphasized, but the humanization construction is neglected. With the increase and expansion of medical institutions, the original building structure can not meet the needs of advanced medical technology and equipment, nor can it meet the requirements of the medical environment. To create a good medical environment, first of all, it is necessary for medical buildings to adapt themselves to local conditions, to meet the requirements of safety, hygiene, economy, applicability, energy conservation, environmental protection, and so on. Secondly, to consider as a whole and correctly handle the relationship between medical and building functions, All aspects to meet the needs of medical staff and patients. Through the study of green building and medical building, this paper expounds its design characteristics and methods, and analyzes the example of green medical building at home and abroad. How to carry out "green" design and application of technology in the project construction of the medical building with two-star green building logo of Shandong Province is given, and the design, material selection, construction principles and methods of the construction of green medical building are summarized and summarized. To promote the green construction of medical buildings to provide a theoretical basis.
