為健康城市而規(guī)劃:建成環(huán)境與老年人身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:城市建成環(huán)境對人類健康的影響越來越受到關(guān)注,老年人在中國已經(jīng)構(gòu)成重要的群體,建成環(huán)境不僅僅對他們自身健康產(chǎn)生影響,也會對他們子女的生活和工作產(chǎn)生沖擊,帶來社會問題。以重慶市為例,選擇了老年人這一群體,通過問卷調(diào)查獲取數(shù)據(jù),建立有序多分類Logsitic模型,研究建成環(huán)境如何通過影響老年人的休閑健身活動(尤指步行運動)從而影響其身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)。結(jié)果表明,除了年齡、是否偏愛高熱量飲食外,居住地是否有休閑運動場所、居住地到休閑運動場所的距離與因變量老年人BMI指數(shù)等級存在顯著聯(lián)系。其中,居住地距離休閑運動場所1000m以內(nèi)是最佳范圍,在這一范圍內(nèi)休閑運動場所對老年人身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)等級的影響顯著并且隨著距離增加而衰減。最后根據(jù)研究結(jié)論提出建成環(huán)境優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:More and more attention has been paid to the impact of the urban built environment on human health. The elderly have become an important group in China. The built environment will not only have an impact on their own health, but also on their children's lives and work. Bring about social problems. Taking Chongqing as an example, this paper selects the elderly as a group, obtains the data by questionnaire, and establishes an orderly multi-classification Logsitic model. Study how the built environment affects the body mass index (BMI) of the elderly by influencing their leisure fitness activities (especially walking). The results showed that in addition to age and preference for high-calorie diet, there was a significant relationship between the distance between residence and leisure sports and the BMI grade of the elderly dependent variables. Among them, the best range is within 1000 m from the residence to the leisure sports place, and the influence of the leisure sports place on the body mass index grade of the elderly is significant and attenuates with the increase of distance. Finally, according to the conclusion of the study, the optimal construction environment is proposed.
