凝灰?guī)r石粉作為混凝土摻和料可行性試驗研究

【摘要】:開展了凝灰?guī)r石粉及粉煤灰對水泥膠砂、混凝土性能的對比研究,并分析了兩者顆粒形態(tài)對工作性能的影響機理。結果表明:在同摻量同齡期下,凝灰?guī)r石粉混凝土力學性能與粉煤灰相當,但凝灰?guī)r石粉混凝土工作性能劣于粉煤灰,尤其是在低中強度等級混凝土中表現較為明顯;凝灰?guī)r石粉的SEM圖表明其為層狀結構,具有很大的內比表面積,可吸附混凝土中的部分水和外加劑,降低水泥漿體的分散能力和包裹能力,從而影響混凝土和易性。
[Abstract]:A comparative study on the properties of cement mortar and concrete by tuff powder and fly ash was carried out, and the influence mechanism of particle morphology on working performance was analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties of tuff stone concrete are equal to those of fly ash, but the working performance of tuff stone concrete is worse than that of fly ash, especially in low medium strength grade concrete. The SEM images of tuff powder show that it is layered structure with large internal specific surface area. It can adsorb some water and admixture in concrete and reduce the dispersing ability and encapsulation ability of cement paste, thus affecting the concrete and easiness.
