【摘要】：由于我國市場經(jīng)濟飛快的發(fā)展,在建筑工程快速發(fā)展的同時也帶動了土建工程不斷的發(fā)展,土建造價管理是施工過程中非常重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),一個比較好的工程造價有利于土建工程的生態(tài)以及經(jīng)濟效益的快速發(fā)展。所以管理好土建造價的工作能夠提高建筑企業(yè)的競爭力的一種重要手段,對現(xiàn)代我國建筑企業(yè)有的土建造價管理中的一些問題來分析,又提出了逐步深化土建造價管理的一些辦法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the market economy in our country, the rapid development of construction projects has also led to the continuous development of civil engineering. Civil construction cost management is a very important link in the construction process. A relatively good project cost is conducive to the rapid development of ecological and economic benefits of civil engineering. Therefore, a good management of civil construction cost can be an important means to improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises. Some problems in civil construction cost management of modern construction enterprises in China are analyzed. It also puts forward some methods to deepen the management of civil construction cost gradually.
